1. Monitor the implementation of HB 2641, 76th Legislature, Regular Session, including notice and opportunities for public input regarding policies implemented by the Health and Human Services Commission and its operating agencies. The Committee shall obtain advance copies of all official submissions to the federal government pertaining to waivers or other changes in policies or operations affecting Texas, including those relating to Medicaid, CHIP, TANF, and long-term care.
