Relating to authorizing the County of Goliad to convey title of certain lands to the State Parks Board of the State of Texas, aggregating two acres of land, more or less, and being the area surrounding and adjoining the site of the birthplace of General Ignacio Zaragoza in La Bahia Townsite in the County of Goliad, as a State park and historical site, authorizing the State Parks Board to construct, maintain and repair historical and recreational structures and facilities.
