45th R.S.   SJR 9    For the amendment of Section 16 to Article XVI of the Constitution of the State of Texas, providing for the amount of the liability of stock-holders in State banks.     Adopted
45th R.S.   SJR 16    For the amendment to the Constitution providing that Harris County and any road districts therein may upon a vote of the people therein adopt a road plan and levy taxes for road and bridge construction in lieu of the issuance of bonds.     Adopted
45th R.S.   HJR 23    For the Amendment to the State Constitution providing that property shall never be assessed for taxes at more than its fair cash market value, and providing that in order to encourage the prompt payment of ad valorem taxes, the Legislature shall have the power to permit a discount for the payment of same before they become delinquent.     Adopted
45th R.S.   HJR 24    For the Amendment to the Constitution of the State of Texas so as to authorize the Legislature to fix the manner and basis of compensation for all district, county and precinct officers.     Defeated
