55th R.S.   HJR 3    For the amendment to the Constitution of Texas adding a new section to be known as Section 49-c of Article III, authorizing the issuance and sale of Two Hundred Million Dollars ($200,000,000) in bonds by the State of Texas to create the Texas Water Development Fund to provide financial assistance to certain political subdivisions or bodies politic and corporate of the State of Texas and in the conservation and development of the water resources of the State.     Adopted
55th R.S.   HJR 37    For the Constitutional Amendment amending Subsection (a) of Section 62, Article XVI of the State Constitution, relating to establishment of a retirement, disability and death compensation fund for officers and employees of the State.     Adopted
