Proposition Prop. 5 - The constitutional amendment authorizing agreements between the State Department of Highways and Public Transportation and the Texas Turnpike Authority and the governing bodies of counties with a population of more that 40,000, adjoining counties, and cities and districts located in those counties to aid turnpikes, toll roads and toll bridges by guaranteeing bonds issued by the Texas Turnpike Authority.
