Proposition For the amendment to Section 3, Article 7, of the Constitution of the State of Texas, relating to the levy of ad valorem school taxes not to exceed fifty cents on the $100.00 valuation in the county and not to exceed one dollar on the $100.00 valuation in the district, for the purpose of maintaining the public schools of the county or the district.
