  • Amendment of Article 388, Revised Civil Statutes, to prescribe the qualifications of directors in banking corporations. The amendment of this statute is made necessary by reason of the bill passed by the last session of the Legislature prescribing the amount in which certificates of stock in banking corporations might be issued.
