  • Providing that inspection of barber shops with regard to sanitary conditions should be conducted by the Board of Health, rather than by a board appointed by the Governor as earlier proposed in S. B. 104. [Mon Jun 3, 1929]
  • Amendment of Article 388, Revised Civil Statutes, to prescribe the qualifications of directors in banking corporations. The amendment of this statute is made necessary by reason of the bill passed by the last session of the Legislature prescribing the amount in which certificates of stock in banking corporations might be issued.
