- A study of the calendar and scheduling systems of other states, with recommendations as to the possible adaption of appropriate items or any necessary revisions in the current system used by the Texas House.
- A flow analysis of the current calendar system, with a time-effort study of the various stages involved, from introduction until final passage of legislation, with recommendations as to any necessary changes.
- A study of the need for further computerization of the entire calendar process, to include recommendations as to expansion of the current system and process.
