- Operate during the interim to consider the total reorganization of internal procedures of the House and prior filing of bills and dissemination of information to the public about measures under consideration and to inquire into and study the national system and outstanding systems operating in other states and nations with the goal of determining and ultimately providing for the state of Texas the most efficient and modern system for handling legislation, the business of the people of Texas.
