Charges

Monitor the implementation of SB 14 74th R.S., (Private Real Property Rights Preservation Act) and study the effect of the Attorney General's takings impact assessment guidelines.

Conduct active oversight of agencies under the committee's jurisdiction including a monitoring of the effects of legislation on the Coastal Coordination Board, the Coastal Zone Management Act and on the development and implementation of the Coastal Management Program.
