  • Investigate the advisability of providing Seeing Eye dogs for deserving blind individuals. Investigate the feasibility and advisability of establishing facilities for raising and training Seeing Eye dogs at A & M College or at some other existing State Institution with special attention being given to the eventual costs of such undertaking.
