  • Undertake a study of the Uniform Consumer Credit Code, the Texas Consumer Credit Code, the Federal Truth in Lending Act and other relevant laws and regulations and shall report its findings and recommendations in these premises to the governor and the Speaker of the House of Representatives before the convening of the 63rd Legislature.
