Charges
• Administer the oath and summon the heads of all Departments of State together with heads of subdivisions of said Department and to bring all records, in order to determine the truthfulness of these charges and that it be the duty of the Sergeant-at-Arms to furnish an Assistant Sergeant-at-Arms who shall be clothed with the authority to summons all witnesses that might be subpoenaed under the provisions of this resolution and to report the same back not later than May 1, 1937 to this Legislature.
