- To be formed to supplement the work of the Commission on Hunger in America with a focus on Texas. To study improper nutrition in the elderly, often leading to debilitating illness, senility and premature death; improper nutrition inprenatal mothers, and hunger and improper nutrition in the general population, which serves to greatly decrease work capacities and abilities.
