• Continue negotiations and study on the set of proposals made on water during the regular session in hopes of reaching agreement between Senate and House before the next regular or special session. The Committee would act as a quasi-conference committee but with latitude to amend and substitute as well. Particular attention will be focused on the bay and estuary issue, conservation and agricultural water programs.
