• Visit and inspect the properties of the former Texas Presbyterian College in Milford, Texas, and confer with the present owners of the persons in charge of the same, and report as to the advisability of purchasing said property for the State to be used as a house for dependent and neglected children.*

Hugh Steward and Vernon Lemens (Members) appointed 3/27/1935 to "committee to make inspection trip to Ellis County to inspect property in regard to the establishment of certain State institution," replacing Robert Reader and Courtney Gray (Milford is in Ellis County).
