• Make a rigid and thorough investigation into the alleged facts set forth in the January 30, 1913 San Antonio Express regarding the participation in games of chance by members of the Thirty-Third Legislature.
Note: Committee appointed by Speaker 1/24/1913 pursuant to resolution by Jordan. Theodore G. Eisenlohr served as Secretary and Reporter for the committee. He was a stenographer for the House of Representatives [H.J. of Tex., 33rd Leg., R.S. 89 (1913)].
