HB 274 Caption: Relating to amending certain Statutes relating to any person who practices the healing art, or any branch thereof, without having obtained a valid certificate from the State Board of Examiners in the Basic Sciences, except as otherwise authorized by this Act; providing penalties.
HB 350 Caption: Relating to amending the Penal Code by providing that gaming with playing cards in any place not a private residence shall be a felony offense.
HB 351 Caption: Relating to amending the Penal Code by providing that betting or wagering at any game played with dice shall be a felony offense.

HB 449 Caption: Relating to constituting a local law for the maintenance of the public roads and highways in Montgomery County, authorizing the county to issue certificates of indebtedness for the purpose of acquiring right of way for designated State Highways or Federal Highways when when the acquisition of such right of way is approved by the State Highway Commission.
HB 625 Caption: Relating to abolishing the Special Ninth Judicial District Court of Texas, composed of Montgomery, Polk, San Jacinto and Trinity Counties; providing for the creation of a permanent Judicial District Court to be known as the Second Ninth Judicial District Court of Texas, composed of Montgomery, San Jacinto and Trinity Counties.
HB 714 Caption: Relating to prohibiting retail or wholesale grocers from selling or offering to sell merchandise below cost in certain circumstances; defining terms; providing a criminal penalty for violation.
