HB 271 Caption: Relating to amending certain Acts by providing that a certificate of stillbirth shall be signed by the physician or midwife in attendance at the stillbirth.
HB 272 Caption: Relating to amending certain Acts by increasing the fees for certified copies of vital records furnished by county clerks and the State Registrar of Vital Statistics and for searching the records of the State Bureau of Vital Statistics, by authorizing deposit of fees in the Vital Statistics Fund oftener than at the close of each month, and by providing for a refund of fees where the Bureau cannot render the service for which the fee was paid.
HB 273 Caption: Relating to amending certain Acts to provide that the State Registrar, county clerk, or local registrar shall not issue a certified copy disclosing illegitimacy or otherwise disclose illegitimacy unless the issuance of the certified copy or the disclosure is authorized by order of the county court of the county in which the birth, death, or fetal death occurred.
HB 394 Caption: Relating to providing for the payment by the State for hospital care of tuberculous patients in public hospitals of this State in case of financial inability of such persons to provide such care; placing administration of the Act in the Board for Texas State Hospitals and Special Schools.

HB 888 Caption: Relating to creating a Conservation District comprising certain territory contained within Bell County, Texas, and such District is empowered to acquire, develop or purchase water, underground water or other sources of water, and to acquire, construct or purchase all works, plants, and other facilities and equipment necessary or useful for the purpose of storing, processing such water and transporting and distributing it for municipal, domestic, farm and industrial purposes, and to improve, enlarge, extend, maintain and repair its water system, and to make or enter into agreements or contracts for the acquisition or purchase of water and other matters, and to acquire or purchase all necessary lands, easements or right of ways for any and all the foregoing purposes.
HB 928 Caption: Relating to creating a conservation and reclamation district to be known as "Bell County Water Control and Improvement District No. 4"; conferring upon the district the powers of the general laws governing water control and improvement districts where not in conflict with this Act; providing for the governing body of the district; providing for the issuance of bonds and refunding bonds; adopting the ad valorem plan of taxation for said District; making bonds of the District eligible for investments and exempting the property and the bonds of the District from taxation; providing certain matters pertaining to eminent domain; authorizing contracts for purchase of water or water supply; finding a benefit; providing a severability clause.
