HB 17 Caption: Relating to providing for the licensing of real estate dealers and salesmen, etc.
HB 365 Caption: Relating to authorizing the Commissioners Court in certain counties to allow County Commissioner certain traveling expenses.
HB 635 Caption: Relating to enlarging the Canadian Independent School District in Hemphill County.
HB 837 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Act exempting from its provisions hospitals located on the county line between two (2) counties where the hospital building is located in a city located on the county line between two (2) counties and where said hospital serves the inhabitants of two (2) counties.
HB 844 Caption: Relating to repealing House Bill No. 579, Acts of the Regular Session of the Forty-fourth Legislature, making it unlawful for any person to take or catch any fish in the waters of any stream, lake, pool, or reservoir of certain counties in this State during the months of April and May of each year; fixing a penalty.
HB 862 Caption: Relating to authorizing Precinct No. 4 in Lipscomb County, Texas, by vote of the people to determine whether or not they will authorize in said Precinct, the issuance of bonds and levying and collection of the tax not to exceed Ten (10) Cents on the one hundred dollars valuation on all property in said Precinct.

HB 275 Caption: Relating to providing for the repurchase of land located in Dallam and Hartley Counties heretofore set apart to build the Capitol Building of the State of Texas, that has been recovered by the State, and repurchased as provided by the laws of this State and forfeited or that is subject to being forfeited for nonpayment of interest and certain lands in Block 76 in Loving County not forfeited, reappraised, and repurchased and giving a preference right to the owners of such lands or part thereof at any time within Ninety (90) days after the date of notice of revaluation of such land to repurchase the same.
HB 426 Caption: Relating to salaries of county officers in certain counties.
HB 448 Caption: Relating to the salaries of county officers.
HB 630 Caption: Relating to requiring all political subdivisions, districts, or taxing units to join or intervene in any suit brought by the State or any county, city, town, or any district or political subdivision having a tax lien or claim against the property included in the suit, and providing that all tax liens or assessments against any particular property be adjudicated in one suit.
HB 1083 Caption: Relating to providing that all State and County taxes shall constitute a lien against the property on which it is assessed and providing that such lien shall be prior to all other claims and that no gift, sale, assignment or transfer of any kind or judicial writ of any kind shall ever defeat such lien.
