HB 418 Caption: Relating to amending certain Acts relating to Kaufman County, and providing that certain fish may be caught or taken from fresh waters of Kaufman County with net, seine, traps, and permitting possession and sale of certain fish to be sold; providing that bass, trout, crappie, white perch, bream, other perch, and channel catfish shall be returned to the waters from which taken; prohibiting any person from going upon the lands of another for the purpose of catching fish and providing a penalty therefor; providing penalties for violations.
HB 495 Caption: Relating to amending certain Article relating to jury commissioners.
HB 496 Caption: Relating to provide for the summoning of jurors in Criminal cases, not capital; amending certain Chapter of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
HB 497 Caption: Relating to amending certain Statutes relating to the summoning of jurors in the county or district court.

HB 571 Caption: Relating to amending the Penal Code by making it a violation of the law to keep or exhibit for the purpose of gaming, any policy game, any gaming table, bank, wheel or device of any name or description whatever, or any table, bank, wheel or device for the purpose of gaming which has no name, or any slot machine, any pigeon-hole table, any Jenny-Lind table or table of any kind; providing a penalty.
HB 594 Caption: Relating to providing for local boards to be appointed as managers for each State Hospital for the insane and prescribing their duties and compensation.
HB 633 Caption: Relating to amending the Penal Code by providing for punishment for killing certain animals or scattering and depositing poison on certain places thereby killing or injuring certain animals; providing the punishment therefor.
HB 880 Caption: Relating to repealing certain bill, applicable to certain counties, relative to traveling expense of county commissioners.

HB 134 Caption: Relating to amending Article of the Code of Criminal Procedure so as to provide that the Court either in term time or in vacation may enter an order setting aside judgment of conviction, suspended sentence granting new trial and dismissal, and further that where the defendant is under suspended sentence and shall have been accepted, conditionally or otherwise, into the military or naval service of the United States, and shall not have been convicted, or charged with any other felony, the Court either in term time or in vacation may set aside the judgment of Conviction, suspended sentence, grant a new trial, and dismiss.
HB 353 Caption: Relating to amending certain Statutes so as to change the time and terms of holding the Eighty-sixth District Court in Kaufman, Van Zandt and Rockwall Counties, constituting the Eighty-sixth Judicial District of Texas.
HB 373 Caption: Relating to repealing certain articles which provide that the Commissioner's Court may contract with an attorney to enforce or assist in the enforcement of the collection of delinquent taxes for a percentage of the taxes, penalties, and interest collected.
HB 386 Caption: Relating to amending certain Act by providing procedure for annulment of adoption.
HB 478 Caption: Relating to amending Statutes by requiring all State, county, district, and precinct candidates in any primary election to pay his proportioned part of the expenses of holding primary elections throughout the State of Texas.

HB 49 Caption: Relating to amending certain statutes by providing exemptions to forced sale law.
HB 64 Caption: Relating to amending certain Statutes by providing that any renewal, extension of any Verbal Contract for the re-renting of real estate shall be in writing.
HB 77 Caption: Relating to amending the Code of Criminal Procedure by providing that nine jurors in a felony case and five jurors in a misdemeanor case may return into Court a verdict.
HB 79 Caption: Relating to authorizing juries to be drawn, selected and empanneled in felony cases in counties other than the county where the case is pending where a jury cannot be secured alike fair and impartial to the accused; authorizing the per-diem and traveling expenses of the Sheriff and jurors.
HB 80 Caption: Relating to authorizing indictments to be corrected and amended after same has been returned by the grand jury.
HB 81 Caption: Relating to amending certain statutes providing that any one contracting with the State of Texas or its political subdivisions for the construction of public buildings or the prosecution and completion of any public work, there shall be retained not less than ten per cent (10%) of the funds due and to become due to the contractor until final completion of said contract.
HB 82 Caption: Relating to amending the Code of Criminal Procedure relative to time of judgement and sentence.
HB 83 Caption: Relating to amending the Code of Criminal Procedure by providing that in capital cases, where death penalty is not asked, and the nature of the case is such in the judgment of the court a jury can be secured from the regular jury, the jury shall be secured as in ordinary felony cases.
HB 84 Caption: Relating to amending certain statutes; prohibiting any Commissioners Court creating any annual current indebtedness which shall exceed the annual current revenues of any such county, and such indebtedness thus created in excess of the annual current revenue shall be void.
HB 85 Caption: Relating to amending the Code of Criminal Procedure by fixing fees of district and county attorneys in felony cases.
HB 141 Caption: Relating to amending the Code of Criminal Procedure so as to require the fixing and approving bail bonds without necessity of suing out a writ of habeas corpus.
HB 143 Caption: Relating to amending the Code of Criminal Procedure so as to more effectively provide for the fixing and approving bail bonds.
HB 356 Caption: Relating to amending certain statutes regulating reports required to be made to the Railroad Commission by corporations, companies and persons issuing free transportation, by providing that such report shall be made as and when requested by the Railroad Commission of Texas, and fixing a penalty for violation of the law.
HB 377 Caption: Relating to amending certain statutes by providing that judgments will not become dormant where execution has issued on such judgments within ten (10) years after a judgment was rendered.
HB 380 Caption: Relating to amending certain statutes so as to provide that judgments shall not become dormant where execution shall have issued on a judgment within ten years after the issuance of a preceding execution.
HB 613 Caption: Relating to providing that either party to a contract between the State Highway Department and a contractor for highway improvement or for materials to be used in the construction or maintenance thereof shall have the same right to sue on the contract that such party would have if the contract had been made between private persons.
HB 624 Caption: Relating to amending certain Acts by providing that when any claimant shall attempt to fix a lien upon moneys, bonds or warrants due or to become due to any contractor under any contract with the State, County, School District or Municipality, suit may be filed for purpose or cancelling such claims or liens; fixing penalty.
HB 661 Caption: Relating to amending certain Statutes providing upon what grounds a divorce may be granted.
HB 676 Caption: Relating to amending certain Acts so as to provide that either the District Clerk or a clerk appointed may discharge the duties of Clerk of the Administrative District.
HB 737 Caption: Relating to providing that no costs shall be paid by the State where the defendant is indicted for a felony and his punishment assessed by a fine or imprisonment in jail or convicted of a misdemeanor and that all costs thus incurred shall be taxed and collected as, in misdemeanor cases.
HB 752 Caption: Relating to game and fish in Kaufman County, Texas; providing that it shall be lawful to take or kill any of the wild fur bearing animals of the state in Kaufman county at any time and that it shall be lawful to take or catch fish from the fresh waters of said county by hook and line or by seine.
HB 832 Caption: Relating to amending certain statutes by prohibiting any accident insurance company from issuing any accident insurance policy containing any provision, clause or exception from liability of the company if the injury, disablement or death is the result of accident or caused by accidental means.
HB 887 Caption: Relating to amending the Code of Criminal Procedure providing that the Clerk of the District Court upon each indictment for felony shall immediately issue a capias and deliver or mail the same to the Sheriff of the County.
HB 902 Caption: Relating to amending certain statutes by providing for Commissioners' Courts to meet monthly as a Board of Equalization.

HB 219 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute by prohibiting any commissioners court creating any annual current indebtedness which shall exceed the annual current revenues of any such county, and such indebtedness thus created in excess of the annual current revenue shall be void.
HB 228 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute by providing that nine jurors in a felony case and five jurors in a misdemeanor case may return into court a verdict; repealing all laws in conflict herewith.

HB 509 Caption: Relating to authorizing County Auditors in certain counties; revising certain laws so as to provide for compensation of the County Auditor.
HB 541 Caption: Relating to providing that the Governor shall not sign any patent for any land emanating from the State until he shall have investigated or caused to be investigated and satisfied himself that any sales made by the Land Commissioner of Public Land was at a fair, reasonable market value and no patent shall take effect until so signed by the Governor and no action shall be maintained in any court on account of the Governors refusing to sign a patent.
HB 598 Caption: Relating to making it unlawful for any person or persons to go on the premises or plantation of any citizen of the State of Texas, in the nighttime or between sunset and sunrise, and move or assist in moving any laborer or tenant or the effects of or property of any laborer or tenant therefrom without the consent of the owner or proprietor thereof other than in the discharge of a Civil or Military order, and to provide penalties for the violation of this Act, and repealing all laws or parts of laws in conflict herewith.
HB 637 Caption: Relating to validating the authorization, issuance and sale of certain school bonds issued by the Phenix Independent School District, of Kaufman County, Texas, and providing for their payment by the annual levy, assessment and collection of general Ad Valorem taxes on all property in said district, approving and validating all orders of the Board of Trustees of said district, bonds and taxes.

HB 56 Caption: Relating to providing that counties having a certain population shall be exempt from holding a teachers' institute for rural teachers.
HB 98 Caption: Relating to amending the Special Road Law for Rockwall County, Texas, enacted by the Regular Session of the 36th Legislature, 1919, the same being an Act providing for the payment of the Commissioners' Court of Rockwall County, Texas, while acting as ex-officio Road Superintendants in their various precincts and providing from what fund of said Rockwall County the payments thereof shall be made.
