45th Regular Session
HB 193 Caption: Relating to any Defendant in a Criminal action shall be permitted to testify in his own behalf therein and/or in behalf of any other Defendant; the failure of the Defendant to testify may be taken as a circumstance against him.
HB 194 Caption: Relating to providing for an alternate juror in the trial of certain felony cases.
HB 195 Caption: Relating to regulating the sale of property at public sale.
HB 196 Caption: Relating to providing for the registration of dogs and for a tax on same; prescribing a penalty for a violation of this Act.
HB 336 Caption: Relating to entitling all Independent and Common School Districts in Texas, to a refund of motor fuel taxes paid on motor fuel used in the operation of motor vehicles owned and operated for school purposes only, by said Independent and Common School Districts.
HB 571 Caption: Relating to authorizing and directing the Commissioner of the General Land Office of the State of Texas to deed, convey, assign and/or transfer all right, title, and interest of whatsoever class, kind or character, directly or indirectly belonging to the State of Texas, in and to that tract of land known as the Lampasas State Park, situated in Lampasas County, Texas, said land to be conveyed to the city of Lampasas, Texas, which said tract of land was heretofore donated to the State of Texas for park purposes by the citizenship of Lampasas, Texas, but no improvement made thereon by the State of Texas.
HB 604 Caption: Relating to creating a special law for San Saba County, Texas, providing that said County may fund certain warrants outstanding against its road and bridge fund as of February 15, 1937, by the issuance of funding bonds, and setting forth the method of issuing same.
HB 622 Caption: Relating to providing relief of the Shaw Bend Common School District, No. 5 of San Saba County, Texas, in order to aid said School District in repairing, rehabilitating and equipping its school building which was destroyed by flood in the Colorado River on the 20th day of September, 1936.
HB 633 Caption: Relating to the allocation of District Courts to the various Counties of the State; apportioning said Courts to the various counties; abolishing the District Courts; reorganizing and rearranging certain other District Courts.

HB 692 Caption: Relating to declaring it to be unlawful to seine and/or posses, sell, barter or exchange minnows in the Counties of McCulloch, San Saba, Gillespie, Llano, Kendall, Blanco, and Lampasas, wherein such minnows are caught, seined or taken; providing a penalty.
HB 745 Caption: Relating to creating a conservation and reclamation district to be known as the Central Colorado River Authority.
HB 753 Caption: Relating to making it unlawful to take, hunt, trap, shoot, or kill any deer, wild turkey or wild quail of any species, for a period of three (3) years in McCulloch and Coleman Counties; fixing a penalty.
HB 787 Caption: Relating to protecting persons bathing in public streams or lakes in this State from careless operators of motor boats.
HB 983 Caption: Relating to making it unlawful to transport minnows of any and all species outside of the counties wherein such minnows are caught, seined, or taken; providing a penalty for the violation of this Act.
