SB 44 Caption: Relating to making an appropriation of Two Thousand Five Hundred ($2,500.00) Dollars to pay a certain judgment rendered on June 16, 1934 to Abilene Plumbing Supply Company.
SB 378 Caption: Relating to suspending provisions a certain Section of an Act making seasonal suspension of load limits for motor vehicles transporting perishable agricultural products, including fruits and vegetables.
SB 492 Caption: Relating to making an appropriation for the Clyde Independent School District of Callahan County, Texas, in order to aid said School District in rebuilding its properties, and equipping its schools destroyed by the cyclone or tornado which struck the community of Clyde on June 10, 1938.

SB 16 Caption: Relating to authorizing and directing the Governor to enter into a compact on behalf of the State of Texas with any of the United States legally joining therein.
SB 17 Caption: Relating to making it lawful for any member of a duly organized state, county or municipal peace unit of the United States who enters into and continues within this State in close pursuit of a person in order to arrest him on ground that he has committed a felony in such other state to have the same authority to arrest and hold in custody such person, as similar authorities of this State have under the same circumstances.
SB 18 Caption: Relating to declaring it to be the duty of the Governor of this State to have arrested and delivered up to the executive authority of any other state of the United States any person charged in that state with treason, felony, or other high crime, who is found in this State; providing the title of this Act shall be the Uniform Criminal Extradition Act, establishing effective date of Act.
SB 19 Caption: Relating to providing for the summoning of witnesses in this State to testify in another state; providing the effective date of this Act.
SB 113 Caption: Relating to defining the rights and duties of the State Board of Education to exact of school districts and cities and towns which have assumed control of public schools located therein the performance of certain prescribed duties in instances wherein all or any part of the bonds of such districts, cities, or towns are owned by the Permanent School Fund.

SB 375 Caption: Relating to providing that district judges assigned to districts other than their own districts shall be paid, in addition to all other compensation permitted or authorized by law, their actual expenses in going to and returning from their several assignments, and their actual living expenses while in the performance of their duties under assignments, which expenses shall be paid out of any funds appropriated by the Legislature for the judiciary.
SB 405 Caption: Relating to requiring dealers, peddlers and brokers handling or dealing in used oil, gas or pipeline equipment to obtain licenses from the Railroad Commission of the State of Texas; providing penalties.
