HB 42 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute relating to the formation of a Juvenile Board in certain counties so as to make the same applicable to counties having three or more District Courts.
HB 253 Caption: Relating to continuance of case by Members of the Legislature.
HB 574 Caption: Relating to appropriating the sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand ($150,000.00) Dollars to the Texas State Employment Service for the purpose of maintaining public employment offices provided for under certain statute, for the balance of the fiscal year ending August 31, 1937.
HB 591 Caption: Relating to creating a Soldiers' and Sailors' Home in the State of Texas, providing that said home shall be operated in conjunction with the Confederate Home at Austin, Texas, and placing the operation thereof under the supervision of the State Board of Control.
HB 610 Caption: Relating to exempting nursery stock in ground from payment of taxes.
HB 679 Caption: Relating to fixing the compensation of district attorneys in each judicial district in this State composed of only one county in which county there are two or more district courts with concurrent jurisdiction of all prosecutions for failing or refusing to pay over money belonging to the State under certain statute.

HB 977 Caption: Relating to appropriating the several sums of money herein specified as an emergency appropriation for the support and maintenance of the Bureaus of Identification and Records and of Intelligence, Department of Public Safety.
HB 1002 Caption: Relating to fixing salaries and compensation of County Commissioners in Counties with a population of not less than seventy seven thousand six hundred (77,600) inhabitants nor more than eighty eight thousand (88,000) inhabitants, according to the last Federal Census, as same now exists or may hereafter exist, and having an assessed valuation of not less than Forty Million One Dollars ($40,000,001.00) nor more than Fifty Million Dollars ($50,000,000.00), according to the last approved tax rolls, as same now exists or may hereafter exist.
HB 1028 Caption: Relating to prohibiting the taking of certain fish in the waters of Travis County during the months of February, March, and April; providing means, methods, and devices for taking fish; providing size limits, bag limits, and possession limits; permitting the use of seines and nets for certain species; prohibiting the sale, or the taking for the purpose of selling, of any fish from the waters of Travis County; providing a penalty for violation of this Act.
HB 1146 Caption: Relating to amending the Lower Colorado River Authority Act to provide that nothing in said Act shall prohibit the District from acquiring property from or selling property to the City of Austin upon such terms and conditions, and entering into such contractual relations thereto, as the District and the City may mutually agree upon.
HB 1176 Caption: Relating to omitting the January Term of Court in Mills County, Texas.
HJR 53 Caption: Proposing an amendment to Article IX, Section I of the Constitution of the State of Texas, providing that adjacent counties may, under such rules as the Legislature may prescribe, consolidate.

HB 173 Caption: Relating to providing that recorded judgment lien shall continue for ten years from date of record and index.
HB 467 Caption: Relating to providing for an additional Assistant District Attorney for the Fifty-third Judicial District of Texas, prescribing his qualifications, who shall be authorized to perform any official act devolving upon or authorized to be performed by the district attorney of such district.
HB 482 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute relating to last will and testament made when the testator had no child living by omitting therefrom certain clauses which create an uncertainty as to title for a long period of time.
HB 520 Caption: Relating to making forcible entry a misdemeanor, defining same for the purpose of this Act.
HB 693 Caption: Relating to providing that being a member of the Legislature shall be a sufficient cause for continuance in civil, criminal, or probate suits.
HB 825 Caption: Relating to providing for a tax of ten percent (10%) of the wholesale value of intoxicating liquors; providing that failure to keep record or exhibit them for inspection shall be punishable as a misdemeanor; providing that unauthorized manufacture, possession or sale of stamps shall be punishable as a felony and prescribing the punishment; providing that the sale or possession of liquor not properly stamped shall be punished as a felony and prescribing the punishment.
HB 843 Caption: Relating to amending certain statutes relating to water pollution by providing that it shall be the duty of the Attorney General to prosecute violations under said statutes for the penal offense committed, or to prevent the violation of same by writ of injunction, and by further providing that the terms of same shall apply to all officers of municipal and private corporations.
HB 848 Caption: Relating to permitting the court to set apart to the widow or children of decedents the exempt property, or property appropriated to make up allowances made in lieu of exempt property or for the support of the widow or children, after discharge of the liens or encumbrances thereon, or subject to such liens or encumbrances.
HB 864 Caption: Relating to making certain emergency appropriations out of the General Fund of the State of Texas for the State Service Office of the Adjutant General's Department for the balance of the fiscal year ending August 31, 1935.
HB 992 Caption: Relating to creating the County Court at Law of Travis County, Texas.
HB 995 Caption: Relating to transferring the use and possession of 16.66 acres of land out of the George W. Spear Headright League adjoining Camp Mabry in Travis County, Texas, title to which is now in the State of Texas.

HB 112 Caption: Relating to appropriating money to pay judgment for the sum of Twelve Hundred ($1200.00) Dollars against the State of Texas in favor of R. D. Winder in cause No. 52982 in the 126th District Court of Travis County.
