HB 308 Caption: Relating to creating a lien in favor of lessors of ranch and pasture lands, upon the animals pasturing and grazing under lease, for unpaid rentals.
HB 309 Caption: Relating to fixing the salaries of County Commissioners in certain counties.
HB 630 Caption: Relating to simplifying procedure in construction and financing of public works projects and authorizing any county, city, town, water control and improvement district, water improvement district, irrigation district, conservation and reclamation district, navigation district, road district, or school district, to accept grants from any Federal agency in connection with a public works project, to make contracts relating thereto and award contracts thereon.
HB 631 Caption: Relating to providing for the acquisition, purchase, construction, reconstruction, improvement, betterment, extension, operaiton, and maintenance of revenue-producing undertakings by any incorporated city or town.
HB 632 Caption: Relating to providing that all bonds, notes, or warrants heretofore issued or which have been authorized but not yet issued, or which may be hereafter issued under the provisions of certain statutes, including all amendments thereto, to aid in financing any undertaking for which a loan or grant has been made by the United States through the Federal Emergency Administration of Public Works shall be negotiable instruments.
HB 633 Caption: Relating to providing that the election order shall designate the time and place of holding the election.
HB 634 Caption: Relating to providing that negotiable warrants and obligations issued under certain statute may be sold for not less than par value to the Federal Government.
HB 635 Caption: Relating to validating, ratifying, approving and confirming bonds and other instruments or obligations issued by any county of this State for Public Works projects.
HB 636 Caption: Relating to validating and approving all proceedings had by cities and towns in the issuance and sale of revenue obligations under the provisions of certain statutes, as amended to aid in financing any undertaking for which a loan or grant has been made by the United States through the Federal Emergency Administrator of Public Works, or any other governmental agency, declaring that such bonds, notes, or warrants shall be valid and binding special obligations of such cities or towns.
HB 637 Caption: Relating to validating and approving all acts of the governing bodies of independent school districts, cities and towns of the State of Texas in the issuance and sale of bonds, to aid in financing any undertaking for which a loan or grant has been made by the United States through the Federal Emergency Administration of Public Works or other agency of the United States Government.
HB 638 Caption: Relating to validating all school districts heretofore established, validating all elections and the levy of taxes by school districts, validating all proceedings had in the issuance of bonds and the levying of taxes therefor.
HB 639 Caption: Relating to validating, legalizing, and approving severally all the acts of the governing boards of certain educational institutions in the authorization and issuance of bonds, notes, or warrants heretofore issued or that have heretofore been authorized but not yet issued, validating and approving the pledge of revenues to the payment of said bonds.
HB 958 Caption: Relating to changing the time of holding the terms of the District Court in the Forty-ninth Judicial District, and providing that all processes and writs heretofore issued and all recognizances and bonds heretofore made and executed and returned to existing terms of district court in counties composing said district, together with jurors heretofore selected, are valid and returnable to the first term of such court, after this Act takes effect.
44th 1st Called Session
HB 109 Caption: Relating to making certain emergency appropriations out of the General Revenue of the State of Texas for the Livestock Sanitary Commission for additional support and maintenance of the Livestock Sanitary Commission for the balance of the two-year period beginning September 1, 1935, and ending August 31, 1937, to cover the office expenses, traveling expenses, the purchase of dip material, and marking paint, laboratory equipment and supplies.
43rd 3rd Called Session
HB 49 Caption: Relating to making an appropriation for the salary of either a Special Investigator, or an Assistant District Attorney for the Forty-ninth Judicial District of Texas, said appropriation to be in lieu of that made by the Regular Session of the Forty-third Legislature for an Assistant District Attorney for said District.
36th Regular Session
HB 58 Caption: Relating to defining and regulating the practice of optometry; giving no authority for the use or sale of drugs, medicines or eye lotions or for the use of any titles to indicate the practice of medicine; providing that the use of title of optometrist and practice of optometry, as defined, shall not be construed as the practice of medicine; creating a board of examiners prescribing its qualifications, powers, and duties.
HB 63 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute relating to private corporations by providing for the creation of private corporation for the establishment and maintenance of garages with authority to purchase, sell, store, house, rent, repair and otherwise deal in automobile and other motor vehicles and their accessories, gasoline and oils necessary in the operation of motor vehicles, with the right to operate motor vehicles of all kinds (except aeroplanes) for the carriage of passengers and freight, either or both, and to make reasonable charges therefor.
HB 95 Caption: Relating to amending certain articles by adding thereto an article relating to the manner of enforcing the attendance of witnesses where money, property, or other things of value has been obtained under false pretenses; prescribing manner in which such witnesses may be required to attend any trial.
HB 96 Caption: Relating to amending certain articles relating to obtaining board and lodging under false pretenses, or obtaining any property or thing of value or the making, uttering of delivery of any check, draft or order in payment of any obligation to defraud; fixing the punishment; prescribing a rule of evidence of prosecution.
HB 97 Caption: Relating to amending certain law relating to fixing a special lien in favor of hotels, inns and boarding houses and providing a remedy for the enforcing of said lien by advertising and selling the baggage and other property of the guests of such hotel, inn or boarding house, providing for the disposition of the proceeds of said sale, defining liability of hotels for baggage deposited, defining the term hotel and inn.
HB 557 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute providing for the purchase of material and supplies of every kind and character, road and bridge material or any other material for the use of any county or any of it officers, departments or institutions.
HB 593 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute relating to the reinsurance of life insurance companies and providing for deposits of securities and additions thereto by such companies to be delivered to the Commissioner of Insurance and Banking of the State where the company taking over such insurance has its home office.
HB 618 Caption: Relating to permitting the Artesian Belt Railroad, and the receiver thereof, to take up and remove its railroad construction, heretofore made, from a connection with the Galveston, Harrisburg & San Antonio Railway Company, in the town of Macdona to the town of Kirk, a distance of approximately three and one-tenth miles, in a southeasterly direction, all in Bexar county.
HB 622 Caption: Relating to providing that the commissioners courts shall provide suitable places in the court house for the holding of court by justices of the peace in the precinct where the court house is situated, where there are more than 75,000 inhabitants in such justice precinct.

HB 181 Caption: Relating to creating Somerset Independent School District in Bexar County, Texas.

HB 61 Caption: Relating to amending the Civil Statute dealing with fixing of rates for Public Utility Corporations; providing the length of time such rates shall be effective and providing that such rates shall be reasonable ones.
HB 179 Caption: Relating to prohibiting any person other than the lawful owner to use, traffic in, purchase, sell, convert, mutilate or destroy any milk cans, milk bottles, milk jars, butter boxes, ice cream cans or ice cream tubs branded or stamped by or bearing the private mark of such owner.
