SB 168 Caption: Relative to repealing certain Act relating to the appointment of a receiver for incorporated cities and towns which had defaulted in the payment of bonds or other obligations lawfully issued and prescribing the duties and powers of such receiver.
SB 199 Caption: Relating to making an appropriation restoring as a special fund an amount which has been converted into the general revenue fund under an Act of Congress entitled "An act to reimburse the governors of States and Territories for expenses incurred by them in aiding the United States to raise and organize the volunteer army in the war with Spain."
SB 237 Caption: Relating to authorizing counties, acting through their Commissioners' Courts, to purchase seed to be planted on farms in such counties by residents thereof, who are poor and unable to procure same and to purchase feed for the work stock of such residents, and prescribing the terms and conditions, rules and regulations, by which such seed and feed will be furnished said residents of the counties who are poor and unable to procure the same; making an appropriation for carrying out the purposes of this Act.

SB 193 Caption: Relating to amending Article 776 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1925, so that it shall not be mandatory upon the trial judge to appoint counsel to represent the defendant when he has no counsel of his own selection.
SB 194 Caption: Relating to repealing certain articles of the Penal Code, making it a misdemeanor for any person to give or deliver or cause to be given or delivered or be in any way concerned in the gift or delivery of any spirituous, vinous, malt or intoxicating liquors to any person under the age of twenty-one years, without the consent of the parent or guardian of such.
SB 195 Caption: Relating to amending certain articles relating to the appointment of Jury Commissioners to select Petit Jurors.
SB 196 Caption: Relating to amending Article 333 of the Code of Criminal Procedure relating to the appointment of Jury Commissioners to select Grand Jurors, providing for their compensation and prescribing their qualifications.
SB 197 Caption: Relating to giving the owners of land in amount not to exceed Ten Thousand acres the right to impound water and to use the same on their own land for domestic, stock raising, farming and irrigation purposes.
SB 467 Caption: Relating to amending the special road law for Fisher County.
SB 497 Caption: Relating to providing for the appointment by the Supreme Court of stenographers for that court.
SB 522 Caption: Relating to amending certain laws so as to provide that the District Attorney of the 90th Judicial District may employ in lieu of an Assistant District Attorney, a stenographer.
SJR 11 Caption: Proposing an amendment authorizing the Legislature to lend the credit of the State of Texas to the cotton growers of the State of Texas for the purpose of stabilizing the price of cotton by issuing and selling bonds of the state.

SB 9 Caption: Relating to fixing the compensation of county commissioners in every county having a population of not less than 11,000, nor more than 11,015, according to the 1920 Census, and having a property valuation of not less than $8,252,800.00, and not more than $8,252,900.00, as shown by the approved tax rolls for the year of 1929, and prescribing how same shall be paid.
