HB 167 Caption: Relating to making appropriations for the support and maintenance of the executive and administrative departments and agencies of the State Government for the two-year period beginning September 1, 1933, and ending August 31, 1935, and for other purposes, and prescribing certain regulations and restrictions in respect thereto.

HB 227 Caption: Relating to providing for the removal of guardianships from one county in this State to another county therein, when the residence of the ward is changed to such other county, and in cases where the guardian of the ward's estate is in one person or corporation, and his natural guardian, or guardian of his person is another.
HB 245 Caption: Relating to providing and imposing an occupation tax on the first sale, distribution, or use of motor fuel in this State, defining certain words, terms, and phrases for the purpose of this Act.
HB 246 Caption: Relating to amending certain Articles of the Penal Code relating to labeling of names on certain vehicles in which petroleum products are shipped.
HB 256 Caption: Relating to appropriating Four Million Dollars ($4,000,000) per year, or so much thereof as may be necessary, for the next two fiscal years for the purpose of promoting the public school interest of the rural schools and equalizing the school opportunities afforded by the State to all children of scholastic age living in small and financially weak districts.
HB 280 Caption: Relating to fixing the salaries of Judges of the Supreme Court, Court of Criminal Appeals, Judges of the Supreme Court Commission of Appeals, Judges of the Commission in aid of the Court of Criminal Appeals, Judges of the Commission in aid of the Court of Criminal Appeals, Judges of the Courts of Civil Appeals, and District Courts, including Criminal District Courts of this State; repealing all laws and parts of laws in conflict herewith.
HB 281 Caption: Relating to fixing the salaries of all State officers and all State employees, except judges of the district and all appellate courts, Judges of the Supreme Court Commission of Appeals, Judges of the Commission in Aid of the Court of Criminal Appeals, Attorney General, and those constitutional State officers whose salaries are specifically fixed by the Constitution; repealing all laws and parts of laws in conflict herewith.
HB 307 Caption: Relating to providing that any employer permitted to become a subscriber under certain statute who will agree to conform to the rules of the Industrial Accident Board and who may be of sufficient financial ability to render certain the payment of the damages and compensation provided for in said statute.
HB 321 Caption: Relating to fixing the amount of registration fees and other charges to be collected from both resident and non-resident students by the governing authorities of various schools of collegiate rank in Texas; and providing that no tuition, fee, or charge shall hereafter be collected except as provided by this Act.
HB 395 Caption: Relating to making an emergency appropriation to pay the per diem provided for district attorneys in judicial districts composed of two or more counties for the balance of the fiscal year ending August 31, 1933.
HB 821 Caption: Relating to providing for an emergency appropriation in the sum of eight hundred dollars ($800) to pay the mileage and per diem of the members of the State Board of Health for two more meetings to be held during the year of 1933.
HB 847 Caption: Relating to making an appropriation of the sum of $5,074.16 (five thousand, seventy-four dollars and sixteen cents), or so much thereof as may be necessary, out of the County and Road District Highway Fund of the State of Texas, to pay the expenses incurred in the administration of certain statute.
HB 876 Caption: Relating to appropriating the sum of $1,127.10 to pay the balance due by the State of Texas as its share of court costs in the case of the State of New Mexico vs. the State of Texas, No. 2, original, October Term, 1930, Supreme Court of the United States, being a suit locating and marking upon the ground the boundary line between the State of Texas and the State of New Mexico.
HB 945 Caption: Relating to making an appropriation for the purpose of providing additional postage, insurance, and stamps required of the State Treasurer in the administration of the provisions of certain statute, during the fiscal years of 1933-1934 and 1934-1935, to be paid out of interest earned on the daily balances of Paying Fund of the Board of County and District Road Indebtedness.
HJR 36 Caption: Proposing amendments to the Constitution of the State of Texas as regards the term of office of the constitutional officers.
43rd 1st Called Session
HB 1 Caption: Relating to making an appropriation of the sum of one hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($150,000), or so much thereof as may be necessary, out of the General Revenues, to pay the per diem and mileage of Members, the per diem of officers and employees of the First Called Session of the Forty-third Legislature of the State of Texas, convened on the 14th day of September, 1933, by proclamation of the Governor.
HB 2 Caption: Relating to making an appropriation of the sum of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000), or so much thereof as may be necessary, out of the General Revenue of the State of Texas, to pay the contingent expenses of the First Called Session of the Forty-third Legislature of the State of Texas, convened on the 14th day of September, by proclamation of the Governor.
HB 11 Caption: Relating to making an appropriation to be paid out of the General Revenue Fund of the State of Texas, the sum of One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00) not otherwise appropriated, to pay for an electric frigid unit for the Governor's Mansion; and for preservation and beautification of the mansion grounds.
HB 54 Caption: Relating to imposing a tax of one-tenth of one cent per barrel on crude petroleum oil.
HB 55 Caption: Relating to providing for monthly payment of tax levied and prescribing the date upon which tax shall be paid, by whom it shall be paid; providing penalties for the failure to pay the tax imposed upon the production of oil and six per cent (6%) interest on delinquent penalties and interest.
HB 105 Caption: Relating to appropriating $25,000.00 out of any funds of the State of Texas not otherwise appropriated, to be used to pay additional expense of a publication of eight (8) proposed Amendments to the Constitution of the State of Texas and for the subsequent holding of a General Election at which said Amendments are to be voted upon, said amount herein appropriated to be used as payment of any difference in the amount of the costs of the publication of said Amendments and holding of said Election over and above the amounts of money already appropriated for said purpose.
HB 111 Caption: Relating to making an appropriation for the purpose of providing postage, insurance, stamps, and other expenses, necessary in performing the duties required of the State Treasurer in the administration of the provisions of certain statute during the fiscal years if 1933-34 and 1934-35, to be paid out of interest earned on the daily balances of "paying fund of the board of county and district road indebtedness."
HB 121 Caption: Relating to appropriating the sum of $1,200 for each of the two years beginning September 1, 1933, and September 1, 1934, to pay the traveling and living expenses of Justices of the several Courts of Civil Appeals in hearing oral arguments in transferred cases under the provisions of certain statute.
HB 161 Caption: Relating to making an appropriation out of the General Revenue of the State of Texas for the balance of the fiscal year ending August 31, 1934, to be used by the Texas State Parks Board.
HB 193 Caption: Relating to making appropriations for additional help in the Ranger Service, State Board of Control, Examining Division of the Insurance Department, Bureau of Labor Statistics, Livestock Sanitary Commission, for the two-year period beginning September 1, 1933, and ending August 31, 1935, and for other purposes.
43rd 2nd Called Session
HB 1 Caption: Relating to making an appropriation of the sum of one hundred and fifty-five thousand dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary out of the General Revenues, to pay the per diem and mileage of Members, the per diem of employees and the contingent expenses of the Second Called Session of the Forty-third Legislature of the State of Texas, convened on the 29th day of January, 1934.
HB 31 Caption: Relating to defining the term "Counterfeit Stamp" as used in certain Act, redefining the offense prohibited therein, and prescribing the penalty for a violation thereof.
HB 35 Caption: Relating to making an appropriation of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) to be used by the State Board of Water Engineers for assembling the necessary data and for necessary expenses incurred in presenting application of Brazos River Conservation and Reclamation District before the Public Works Administration and the Department of Interior and the President of the United States and for paying the existing indebtedness of said Brazos River Conservation and Reclamation District.
HB 52 Caption: Relating to making a supplemental appropriation for the Ranger Service, the State Board of Control, the Examining Division of the Insurance Department, the Executive Department, the Texas State Department of Agriculture, the Livestock Sanitary Commission, the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the State Auditor and Efficiency Expert, and the Attorney General's Department for the two-year period beginning September 1, 1933, and ending August 31, 1935.
43rd 3rd Called Session
HB 2 Caption: Relating to making an appropriation of the sum of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00), or so much thereof as may be necessary out of any funds in the State Treasury, not otherwise appropriated, to pay the contingent expenses and to pay the mileage and per diem of members and the per diem of officers and employees of the Third Called Session of the Forty-third Legislature.
HB 47 Caption: Relating to making appropriation to cover deficiencies in appropriations heretofore made for transcript fees for court reporters as provided by law for the fiscal years ending August 31, 1934, and 1935.
HB 48 Caption: Relating to making appropriation to cover deficiencies in appropriations heretofore made for the expenses of district judges and district attorneys for the fiscal years ending August 31, 1934 and 1935.
HB 57 Caption: Relating to aiding the Brazos River Conservation and Reclamation District in preparing the necessary plans, specifications and data, and in making the necessary surveys, and in acquiring the necessary lands, leases, easements and/or acquittances, and in building, or having built and/or cooperating in the building of proper structures, reservoirs and levees suitable for the control, insofar as practicable of the flood waters of the Brazos River watershed.
HB 59 Caption: Relating to authorizing certain State institutions to supplement salaries.
HB 95 Caption: Relating to authorizing the State Parks Board to locate, designate and suitably mark the historic spots in Texas.
HB 110 Caption: Relating to making an appropriation of the sum of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00), or so much thereof as may be necessary, out of the General Revenue of the State of Texas, to pay the contingent expenses of the Third Called Session of the Forty-third Legislature of the State of Texas, and any other amounts and any other expense unpaid by the Second Called Session of the Legislature; providing how accounts may be approved.
43rd 4th Called Session
HB 2 Caption: Relating to making an appropriation of the sum of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00), or so much thereof as may be necessary out of any funds in the State Treasury, not otherwise appropriated, to pay the contingent expenses and to pay the mileage and per diem of members and the per diem of officers and employees of the Fourth Called Session of the Forty-third Legislature.
HB 3 Caption: Relating to aiding the Brazos River Conservation and Reclamation District in preparing the necessary plans, specifications and data and in making the necessary surveys, and in acquiring the necessary lands, leases, easements and/or acquittances, and in building or having built and/or cooperating in the building of proper structures, reservoirs and levees suitable for the control, in so far as practicable, of the flood waters of the Brazos River watershed.

HB 53 Caption: Relating to making an appropriation to pay deficiency claims accruing in the State Banking Department during the fiscal year, ending August 31, 1934.

HB 24 Caption: Relating to amending certain statutes to provide that only property taxpaying voters who pay a property tax can vote in bond elections.
HB 31 Caption: Relating to amending certain law relative to refund on the use of gasoline in certain cases.
HB 36 Caption: Relating to validating the extension of the corporate limits of cites of more than twenty-five hundred (2500) inhabitants.
HB 39 Caption: Relating to amending certain acts relating to the selection of Jurors in certain counties; providing for the appointment of Jury Commissioners to select Jurors.
HB 199 Caption: Relating to regulating elections and providing for a better primary election system.
HB 354 Caption: Relating to amending the Penal Code relating to burning or attempting to burn buildings or property.
HB 365 Caption: Relating to amending certain Acts to create a more efficient road system for McLennan County, Texas, to authorize the Commissioners' Court to expend County funds in any incorporated city or town for County and State highway road purposes and validating any previous action had and taken.
HB 648 Caption: Relating to amending certain articles relating to taxation of express companies.
HB 671 Caption: Relating to prohibiting the sale or offering for sale or the buying of any Bass, Crappie, Perch, or Channel or Opalousis Cat, or any other fish taken from the waters of Lake Waco or the Bosque Rivers and their tributaries in the Counties of McLennan, Bosque, Hamilton, and Erath.
HB 722 Caption: Relating to authorizing cities and towns to create appraisal Boards for the purpose of valuing property within the limits of cities and towns for fire insurance purposes.
HB 811 Caption: Relating to amending certain Acts relating to the qualifications and duties of the County Board of Education of certain Counties.
41st Regular Session
HB 17 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Statute relating to the selection of jurors in certain counties.
HB 18 Caption: Relating to creating the office of Criminal District Attorney in those counties which constitute three or more separate Judicial Districts within themselves in which there is not now a District Attorney; providing that the present county attorney in those counties, who performs the duties of county and district attorney, shall qualify a criminal district attorney, remain in office and take the oath and give the bond required of district attorneys by the Constitution and laws of Texas.
HB 19 Caption: Relating to requiring every person, firm, co-partnership, association, or corporation doing business in this State, which are subject to occupation, gross receipt, to keep complete, permanent, and detailed records of all business transacted in Texas, said records to be kept at all the principal places of business or division headquarters in Texas.
HB 20 Caption: Relating to amending certain Statutes relating to delinquent taxes so as to apportion delinquent taxes where there are several items of taxes, and providing that the delinquent tax record shall be preserved by the tax collector.
HB 21 Caption: Relating to providing for expense account for constable in certain counties to be allowed and paid out of the general fund of the county.
HB 22 Caption: Relating to providing for a system of public education in the State of Texas including the establishment, government, operation, maintenance, management and control of a University and all matters incident thereto.
HB 135 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Statute of the Penal Code of the State of Texas by making it a penal offense for any person to cause, encourage or contribute to the delinquency of any minor under the age of seventeen years.

HB 568 Caption: Relating to making a grant and donation to McLennan County of a portion of the State ad valorem taxes in said county for a period of twenty-five years to enable said county to construct a dam, floodgates, spillways, storage and retarding basin on the Bosque River; to protect said county and other counties from disastrous and calamitous overflows.
HB 587 Caption: Relating to the payment of royalty and money to the State under leases of certain public lands, so as to include "river beds and channels" in the provision for the exemption of payment of two dollars per annum where the leased area contains as much as 100 acres upon which as many as five wells have been drilled.
HB 650 Caption: Relating to withdrawing from sale of oil and gas in University land until such time as the Legislature may enact laws deemed adequate to protect the interest of the University in its available and permanent funds, on the condition only that the University mineral lease or sales Act shall be held invalid or ineffective.

HB 175 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute relating to self-rising flour and the ingredients thereof, prescribing the weight of available carbon dioxide gas and the percentage of chemical leavening ingredients, providing for the clear, English labeling of the package or container in which it is sold, stating the percentage by weight of each of the chemical leavening ingredients.
HB 381 Caption: Relating to requiring a report to be made to the Commissioner of Insurance of the State of Texas of every policy of insurance written on property within this State by any non-admitted foreign insurance company, of any character or name.
HJR 6 Caption: Proposing an amendment providing that the Secretary of State be elected; prescribing his duties and fixing his salary.

HB 240 Caption: Relating to creating Road District Number One (1), in McLennan County, Texas, validating and approving all orders made by the commissioners' court of said county, in respect to the organization of said district.
