SB 129 Caption: Relating to regulating and imposing duties and restrictions on certain public utilities, providing for the regulation of rates to be charged by public utilities for services rendered.

SB 69 Caption: Relating to authorizing the Commissioner of Agriculture to establish, maintain and enforce quarantine regulations to protect the agricultural and horticultural interests of this State against infestation by insect pests and plant diseases; providing penalties.
SB 73 Caption: Relating to providing that no judgment of a trial court shall be reversed for any error which manifestly did no injury to defendant.

SB 312 Caption: Relating to amending Article 6701, Revised Statutes, 1925, Section 1 to 28 passed at the regular Session of the thirty-ninth Legislature by adding a new Article to be entitled Article 6702-A.
SB 320 Caption: Relating to making invalid intrastate sales in this State of prison made goods, wares, merchandise and articles, and declaring that no action shall be brought in this State to enforce the collection or payment of money or other thing of value pursuant to any such sale, unless there is attached to the container or package thereof and upon each and every individual garment or article of such goods so sold a plain and distinct label in the English language containing the printed words "Prison Made Merchandise".
SB 359 Caption: Relating to making it unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to manufacture, sell, barter, transport, exchange, give away, or otherwise furnish, or to possess, advertise, or solicit the purchase or sale of any malt syrup or other malt preparation that is intended for or which may be used, or primarily is used in making any alcoholic beverage; prescribing penalties.
SB 367 Caption: Relating to requiring all assignments for creditors to be recorded in the deed records of the county of the assignor's residence within three days after the execution thereof.
SB 378 Caption: Relating to requiring lis pendens notices to be filed upon the filing of any suit or action involving the title to real estate or seeking to establish any interest or right therein or to enforce any lien, charge or encumbrance against the same.
SB 379 Caption: Relating to workman's compensation; amending certain laws so as to provide for penalties and attorneys fees where there is delay in paying of awards mentioned in said article after appeal or suit brought upon same and in which there is a final decision in favor of the claimant.

SB 120 Caption: Relating to preventing the control of Primary Elections by the use of money, and to regulate and limit the expenditure of money to promote or defeat the candidacy of persons for nomination for office in primary elections in this State, and providing penalties for violation of this Act.
SB 140 Caption: Relating to making appropriations for deficiencies in appropriations heretofore made for the support of the State Government for the fiscal years ending August 31st, 1913; August 31st, 1915; August 31st, 1916; and August 31st, 1918.
SB 141 Caption: Relating to making appropriations to cover authorized deficiencies for the fiscal years, ending August 31, 1918, and August 31, 1919, and for outstanding deficiencies prior to September 1, 1917.
SB 147 Caption: Relating to creating a State Board to be known as the State Board of control, providing that the board shall be composed of three citizens of the State, and the method of appointment, defining the method of qualifying such officers, fixing their terms of office and compensation; defining the duties and conferring authority on the board; creating and defining offenses for violations of the Act and prescribing the punishment therefor.
SB 182 Caption: Relating to providing that statement of facts in civil cases shall be filed in the Courts of Civil Appeals within ninety (90) day after an appeal has been perfected or the adjournment of the court at which the case was tried.
SB 183 Caption: Relating to prescribing that in all cases where the same is allowed, that writs of error be sued out within six months after the rendition of final judgment.
SB 217 Caption: Relating to repealing certain statutes providing for the appointment by the Governor by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, if in session, an official to be styled the Assistant Attorney General.
SB 249 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute so as to permit married women to become subscribers, stockholders, officers and directors of corporations.
SB 379 Caption: Relating to requiring all public schools in this State, in addition to the subjects required to be taught therein, to have the subject "Of the Effects of Alcoholic Stimulants and Narcotics on the Human System" taught therein regularly during each scholastic year.
SJR 14 Caption: Proposing an amendment providing that the Legislature shall have power to give or lend or authorize the giving or lending of the credit of the state for the purpose of assisting citizens who are heads of families to acquire or improve their homes.

SB 52 Caption: Relating to amending certain laws so as to provide that no candidate at a primary election for a State or District office shall be declared the nominee of any political party unless he is legally qualified to hold such office, has complied with all requirements of law and received a majority of the votes cast at such primary election.

SB 15 Caption: Relating to requiring the chairman of the county executive committee of any political party in the state to make due returns of the canvas of any election held to nominate party candidates; fixing the time in which such returns shall be made; providing penalties.
SB 16 Caption: Relating to requiring hotels, cafes, restaurants and all public eating houses in this State to sterilize in hot boiling water, all plates, cups, saucers, knives, forks, spoons and such other utensils as may be used in serving meals and drinks, after being used and before permitting them to be used again.
SB 44 Caption: Relating to making it unlawful for a Senator or Representative in the Texas Legislature to receive employment, fees, gifts, loans or compensation as officer, agent, representative or attorney from certain corporations or persons; prescribing penalties.
SB 54 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Statute with reference to the qualification of County judges in the State.
SB 97 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Statute providing that the penalty for the charge or collection of usurious interest shall be the forfeiture of principal as well as interest.
SB 100 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Statute providing that all persons desirous of marrying shall procure a license and declaring all marriages contracted, entered into or celebrated in any other manner null and void.
SB 141 Caption: Relating to creating a special and more efficient road system for Collin county, in the State of Texas.
SB 161 Caption: Relating to amending certain sections of the Penal code to provide that the age of consent on the part of the female in cases of rape shall be raised from fifteen to sixteen years.
SB 162 Caption: Relating to amending the special road law of Hunt County to authorize the Commissioners' Court to sell bonds issued thereunder for less than par and accrued interest if, after the exercise of reasonable diligence, same cannot be sold for par and accrued interest.
SB 163 Caption: Relating to prohibiting railroads from allowing the use of locomotives which produce sufficient steam to obscure the vision of those employed around them.
SB 201 Caption: Relating to amending the Penal Code providing that if any officer, agent, clerk of any incorporated company or institution, or any clerk, agent, servant, employee, or tenant of any private persons, co-partnership or joint stock association or any consignee or bailee of money or property shall embezzle, misapply or convert to his own use without consent of his principal, employer or landlord; prescribing penalty.
SB 211 Caption: Relating to prohibiting the use of locomotives on railroads allowing sufficient steam to escape to obscure the vision of those operating same or employed around such locomotive; providing penalties.
SB 237 Caption: Relating to requiring railroads to allow at least four days rest in each calendar month to certain employees; providing penalties.
SB 272 Caption: Relating to fixing the time of holding the courts in the Sixty-second Judicial District of Texas, to validate all process, bonds and recognizances heretofore taken in the courts of said district, and all judgments therein rendered, or to be rendered.
SB 333 Caption: Relating to amending a certain General Law providing that all appointments made by the Board of Supervisors of warehouses shall be made by and with the consent of the state.

SB 70 Caption: Relating to amending statutes, providing for the nomination of candidates for President and Vice-President of the United States, and party political electors, and the election of delegates to the National convention of the respective political parties of this State, to be chosen by a direct preferential primary.
SB 71 Caption: Relating to making it unlawful for a Senator or Representative to receive employment, fees, gifts, loans or compensation as officer, agent, representative, or attorney from certain corporations or persons and prescribing penalties therefor.
SB 193 Caption: Relating to limiting the amount that may be spent by candidates for nomination to any public office; to provide that no candidate shall expend more that 25% of the first year's salary of the office for which he is a candidate, in his campaign for the nomination to such office; fixing penalty.
SB 279 Caption: Relating to requiring persons, firms, corporations and associations of persons engaged in compressing cotton in this State to so bind and tie all bales of cotton so that no bale of cotton by them compressed, recompressed, baled or rebaled shall be delivered to any railroad company or other common carrier, unless the same is free from dangerously exposed ends of bands, buckles or splices and to provide penalty.
SB 280 Caption: Relating to providing for the referendum to qualified voters, whereby the members of any political party residing therein may express their choice for a candidate to be recommended for appointment as postmaster.
SB 372 Caption: Relating to amending article 4610 of the Revised Civil Statutes of 1911, providing that all persons desirous of marrying shall procure a license authorizing its celebration, and declaring all marriages contracted, entered into or celebrated in any other manner null and void.
