HB 361 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute so as to authorize water control and improvement districts, water improvement districts, and other districts, organized for irrigation purposes.
HB 418 Caption: Relating to repealing certain sections of the Revised Civil Statutes of 1925; the fact that the present law declared in the above mentioned sections in a public nuisance, causes unwarranted trouble and inconvenience to the innocent travelling public, and works a hardship on those with the law to the advantage of those who openly violates it.

HB 44 Caption: Relating to declaring the permanent policy of the people of Texas and the legislature thereof with reference to public free schools; lengthening the term of schools; making an appropriation.
HB 156 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Statute; relating to the employment and duties of engineers for Water Improvement Districts, so as to allow such Districts to employ engineers without awaiting the return of the list of assessments of taxable property in such Districts.
HB 157 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Statute; relating to the sale of surplus water by Irrigation and Water Improvement Districts, so as to authorize said Districts to sell surplus water to lands in the same vicinity for the purpose of irrigation, domestic or commercial uses.
