HB 384 Caption: Relating to amending statutes relating to fees that may be retained by the county judges, sheriffs, clerk of the county courts, county and district attorneys, clerks of the district courts, collectors of taxes, assessors of taxes, justices of the peace and constables, by providing what disposition shall be made of excess fees.

HB 209 Caption: Relating to providing additional compensation for the members of the Railroad Commission of Texas, payable one-half out of the Regulating Pipe Line Fund and one-half out of the "Gas Utilities Fund", said sums to be paid in monthly installment by warrants drawn by the State Comptroller on the State Treasurer.
