SB 8 Caption: Relating to making an appropriation to pay off certain refunding coupon bonds of the State of Texas being held by the permanent school fund of the State.
SB 31 Caption: Relating to amending the election laws; providing that county executive committees may have equal representation of men and women; placing women equal in all such requirements of political matters as men.
SB 162 Caption: Relating to validating the charters and amendments to charters of all cities of more than five thousand inhabitants in this State, which have adopted charters, or attempted to adopt or amend charters, and validating all proceedings had by City Councils or City Commissions, or governing authority, in regard to the question of the adoption of charters or amendments thereto.
SB 205 Caption: Relating to providing for a fee to be charged by the Secretary of State, where investigation has to be made in connection with granting charters, etc.
SB 234 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Act providing for the manner in which State funds shall be kept and deposited.
SB 278 Caption: Relating to making an appropriation of Five Hundred Fifty Thousand ($550,000) Dollars out of the funds in the State Treasury, not otherwise appropriated, to the Prison Commission of the State of Texas for the purpose of paying the operating expenses of said Prison Commission during the remainder of the present fiscal year and the purchase price of the Blue Ridge Farm and other indebtedness incurred by said Commission under authority of law, providing for the return to the State Treasury of the amounts used by it out of this appropriation.
SJR 4 Caption: Relating to proposing an amendment to the Constitution providing for increase in salary of executive officers of the State.
SJR 11 Caption: Relating to proposing an amendment to the Constitution, relating to the establishment of warehouses, cotton oil mills and cotton gins, etc.

SB 21 Caption: Relating to amending act providing the manner in which State funds shall be kept and deposited.
SB 22 Caption: Relating to permitting Insurance Companies to act as administrator of a deceased person, appointment to be made by court having the jurisdiction.
SB 78 Caption: Relating to making an appropriation to the Prison Commission of the State of Texas for operating expenses of said Prison Commission until September 1, 1922.
SB 82 Caption: Relating to amending the act relating to the amount to be paid to the State Banking Board of the State of Texas by any bank or trust company which now has the payment of its deposits guaranteed by the Depositors' Guaranty Fund, or which may hereafter elect to secure its deposits under the Depositors' Guaranty Fund, and limiting the amount of said Depositors' Guaranty Fund to five million dollars.

SB 107 Caption: Relating to amending the Suspended Sentence Law.
SB 171 Caption: Relating to defining what constitutes a public weigher; prescribing his duties and providing for rules and regulations governing the performance of his duties.
SB 172 Caption: Relating to defining what shall constitute a unit of weight or measure, for all commodities purchased or sold by length, weight or measure; providing penalties for anyone who shall sell an article or commodity, representing same to be a greater or less number of pounds or quantity per unit with intent to defraud; providing that all articles of foodstuff, produce or commodity, and providing penalties for the violation of this Act.
SB 173 Caption: Relating to establishing a standard of weights and measures in the State of Texas; regulating weight and measure and weighing and measuring instruments and devices, and providing for the inspection and sealing thereof and attesting to the accuracy of same; providing penalties for the violation of the provisions of this Act; making an appropriation.
SB 211 Caption: Relating to making uniform the law of negotiable instruments in the State of Texas.
SB 331 Caption: Relating to providing for the reorganization of a Rangers Force for the protection of the frontier against marauding and thieving parties, foreign foes or an enemy of the State of Texas or the Government of the United States, and for the suppression of lawlessness and crime throughout the State, or to suppress any invasion from an alien enemy of the State or any State of the United State of America; prescribing duties and powers of members of such force; regulating their compensation.
SB 401 Caption: Relating to providing that there be, and there is hereby appropriated out of the funds of the State Treasury not otherwise appropriated the sum of otherwise appropriated the sum of $35,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, for the fiscal year ending the 31st day of August, 1919, with which to pay the expenses of the employment department of the State Council of Defense; providing the manner of payment of same.

SB 38 Caption: Relating to amending certain statutes so as to require those engaged in the business of wholesale or retail dealer of pistols to make quarterly reports showing the gross amount collected; requiring an occupation tax on the sale or leasing of pistols.

SB 125 Caption: Relating to amending certain acts regulating the employment of women and minors and establishing an Industrial Welfare Commission; providing for an appropriation; fixing penalties.

SB 7 Caption: Relating to preventing the introduction into the State of Texas of the destructive cotton pest, Petinophera gossypiella Saund; known as the pink boll worm, and to control and eradicate such insect pest in the event its presence in this State is discovered, creating a zone whenever along the boundary between the State of Texas and the Republic of Mexico, providing for the inspection of fields of cotton and for the inspection and general control of cotton and cotton products produced in such a zone.

SB 111 Caption: Relating to making it the duty of peace officers to assist the officers of the United States whose duty it is to enforce the provisions of an Act of Congress relating to the regulation of explosives.

SB 203 Caption: Relating to regulating private employment agencies and providing for a license for the operation thereof, charging a fee therefor; providing penalties for violations thereof.
SB 341 Caption: Relating to amending the special road law for Bastrop County by making members of the commissioners court ex-officio road commissioners.
SB 354 Caption: Relating to relieving the Sugarland Railway Company from the necessity of re-building and constructing three and one-half miles of its road in Fort Bend County as ordered by a judgment of the District Court of Travis County.
SB 395 Caption: Relating to creating a Board of Managers for the State Cemetery at Austin and fixing rules regulating the interment of the dead in said cemetery.
SB 411 Caption: Relating to providing for the purchase of certain lands and improvements thereon in Washington County, Texas upon which there has been erected a monument commemorating the fact that at said point was located the first Capital of Texas; making an appropriation.
SB 412 Caption: Relating to the creation of a preference lien upon all cotton ginned in favor of all persons ginning cotton, for labor and material used in preparing cotton for market and providing for the continuation of such liens for a definite period of time after the removal of same from the gins.
SB 423 Caption: Relating to providing for the working on the public roads of Bastrop County of all parties who may have failed to pay their poll tax; providing a penalty.

SB 12 Caption: Proposing an amendment providing for the purchase of certain lands in Washington County upon which there has been erected a monument to the first Capitol of Texas; making an appropriation.
SB 22 Caption: Relating to relieving the Sugar Land Railway Company from the necessity of rebuilding and constructing about three and one-half miles of its road in Fort Bend County, Texas, as ordered by the court in a judgment entered in the cause of the State of Texas vs. The Sugar Land Railway Company, No. 28875, originating in the District Court of Travis County, Texas.
SB 55 Caption: Relating to providing for the furnishing and engraving of a stone to be placed in Memorial Hall at the foot of the Washington Monument in Washington, DC; creating a Commission to supervise the engraving and placing of said stone; making an appropriation.
