SB 71 Caption: Relating to creating a local road law for Brazoria county.
SB 113 Caption: Relating to regulating and controlling the business or occupation and those engaged in the business, occupation or employment of caring for, dressing, adorning and beautifying the human hair, face, scalp, hands and skin, including barbers and barber shops and beauty shops and those connected therewith.

SB 105 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute providing that any citizen possessing the other qualifications of an elector under the Constitution and laws of this State, who was engaged or enlisted in the military or naval force of the United States during the period of time between the first day of October, A.D. 1918, and the first day of February, A.D. 1919, shall have the right to vote in all primary elections and nominating conventions in Texas from and after the passage of this Act until the first day of January, 1920, and providing that the payment of a poll tax shall in no case be required of such person.
SB 192 Caption: Relating to requiring the filing with the clerks of district and county courts of copies of all petitions, answers, motions, notices or other instruments pertaining to suits in such courts; prohibiting the removal of original papers from the offices of such clerks, and providing a penalty for such removal.
SB 245 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute empowering the Director of the Texas Agricultural Experiment Station to adopt standards or definitions for concentrated feeding stuffs and such regulations as may be necessary for the enforcement of the law, providing that such standards and definitions shall not be of a higher grade or standard than that adopted by the feed control officials of the United States.
SB 252 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute requiring persons driving motor vehicles on the public highway to stop before crossing railway tracks under certain conditions.
SB 302 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute so as to provide for the election of a depository for the funds of levee improvement districts.

SB 347 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute relating to conservation and reclamation districts by providing in substance that districts created under the provisions of said statute are empowered to own and construct reservoirs, dams, wells, canals, etc., and to acquire the necessary right-of-way for same, by purchase, gift, grant of condemnation.

SB 150 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Statute designating the personal property that shall be reserved to every family exempt from attachment, execution or any other species of forced sale for the payment of debts.
SB 180 Caption: Relating to amending certain laws providing that road bonds issued thereunder shall mature in forty years and may, at the option of the Commissioners Court, be made to mature in serial annual installments with such options of redemption as may be fixed by the Commissioners Court.

34th 1st Called Session
SB 19 Caption: Relating to reorganizing the Twenty-third Judicial District and to create the Eightieth Judicial District of Texas, and to fix the time of holding the courts in said districts; and providing that the grand juries drawn and selected under the existing laws in any of the counties of said judicial district in Waller County shall be considered legally drawn and selected for the term of the district court of their respective counties held after this Act takes effect, and providing that this Act shall take effect and be in force from and after the first day of September, 1915 and to repeal all laws and part of laws in conflict herewith.
SB 20 Caption: Relating to amending a certain General Law relating to the issuance of stocks and bonds by the associations and corporations brought under the jurisdiction of the Railroad Commission.
SB 23 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Act authorizing the sale of certain submerged flats or lands under water on the shore of Galveston Bay so as to authorize the Commissioner of the General Land Office to sell and conditionally relinquish to J.J. Kane, of the city of Galveston, his heirs or assigns, for the purpose of constructing a dry dock or marine railway thereon, all rights, title and claim in the State of Texas to certain flats or land under water on the shores of Galveston Bay, and so as to provide for the sale and conveyance of said property in consideration of the erection of a dry dock or marine railway at a cost of not less than one hundred fifty thousand ($150,000.00) dollars, and the payment to the State of Texas of the price agreed upon as herein provided.
SB 31 Caption: Relating to amending the Code of Criminal Procedure relating to the pay of jail guards.

HB 127 Caption: Relating to prescribing the conditions authorizing the sale of real estate by guardians.
HB 277 Caption: Relating to requiring every individual company or association engaged as a wholesale or retail dealer of pistols to make a quarterly report to the Comptroller of Public Accounts, showing the gross amount collected and uncollected from sale of pistols and paying an occupation tax.
HB 750 Caption: Relating to regulating the charges and operation of telephone companies and systems now or hereafter operated in the state, providing for the appointment and election of Telephone Commissioners and prescribing their powers and duties, providing penalties.
HB 759 Caption: Relating to amending Chapter 4 of Code of Criminal Procedure, providing that in all cases, bail bonds and recognizances shall remain in force, until discharged from further liability thereon.
