SB 15 Caption: Relating to making provision for an opening exercise, in all the class and assembly rooms of the public schools of this State, to consist of readings, without comment, of appropriate passages from the Bible with religious or patriotic song.
SB 112 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute regulating elections and prescribing certain qualifications of voters by making same conform to absentee voting as provided for in the recent amendment to the State Constitution.

SB 13 Caption: Relating to amending the Revised Civil Statutes of 1911, relating to scholastic age; and relating to the manner of taking scholastic census, and the duty of the census trustee.
SB 35 Caption: Relating to the rights of married persons, defining the separate and community property of the husband and wife, removing the disabilities of coverture as they relate to married women, defining the rights of the wife in case the husband fails to support her and their children and regulating judgments and executions against the husband.
SB 43 Caption: Relating to the gross receipt tax based upon gross receipts of wholesale dealers in or distributors of intoxicating liquors; and "wholesale dealer" being defined so as to include every individual, company, corporation selling intoxicating liquors, and providing a penalty.
SB 68 Caption: Relating to amending Title 58 or the Revised Civil Statutes, so as to include "devisees or legates" among the class of persons prohibited from testifying in actions by or against executors, administrators or guardians in which judgment may be rendered for or against them as such.
SB 155 Caption: Relating to regulating and supervising the sale and purchase in this State, all stocks, bonds or other obligations, of private, foreign and domestic corporations, organized or proposed to be organized for profit; providing penalty.
SB 169 Caption: Relating to abolishing what is known as "The Rule in Shelley's Case," and making a rule of evidence in certain cases so that the words "heirs" or "heirs of the body" shall be construed as words of purchase and not as words as limitation.
SB 203 Caption: Relating to fixing the number and term of office of members constituting the governing boards of the University of Texas, the Agricultural and Mechanical College of Texas, the Normal Colleges, the College of Industrial Arts for Women, the Blind Institute, the Deaf and Dumb Institute, the Deaf, Dumb and Blind Institute for Colored Youths, the Confederate Home, the Confederate Woman's Home, the State Asylums for the Insane, the State Epileptic Colony, and the State Orphan's Home; fixing the term of office of members of such boards.
SB 209 Caption: Relating to making an appropriation to make necessary repairs on the roof of the capitol.
SB 227 Caption: Relating to providing for the appointment of commissioners to investigate and report upon the system of rural credit and agricultural co-operative societies in use in various European countries, making an appropriation.
SB 320 Caption: Relating to reorganizing the fifth and seventh judicial districts, and to create the 73 judicial district, and fix the time of holding courts in said districts; and fix the jurisdiction of the court for the said 73 judicial district.
SB 348 Caption: Relating to providing for creating private corporations for the purpose of insuring or acting as surety and guarantor of the fidelity of employees, trustees, administrators or others assuming the performance of any trust or service to act as surety on certain bonds or contracts.
