SB 48 Caption: Relating to and providing for vocational education, accepting and validating previous acceptances of the benefits of an act passed by the Congress of the United States, approved on February 23rd, 1917, for the promotion of vocational education, designating the State Treasurer of the State of Texas as custodian for the reception and disbursement of all funds allotted to this State from appropriations made by the said act of Congress.
SB 79 Caption: Relating to providing for the acceptance of the benefits of an act passed by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, providing for the promotion of vocational rehabilitation of persons disabled in industry or otherwise and their return to civil employment.

SB 101 Caption: Relating to making an appropriation of sixty thousand ($60,000.00) dollars to build, complete and equip a school building at the State Orphan's Home near Corsicana, Texas.

SB 27 Caption: Relating to providing for the preparation and presentation to the Governor and through him to the legislature of definite and authoritative information, schedules and estimates of the needs and demands of the departments and institutions of the State from time to time as may be necessary in the consideration and passage of acts making appropriations and provision for funds to make such needs and demands of the State departments and institutions, defining the duties of the heads of departments and boards of control and officers of the State government in regard thereto.
SB 28 Caption: Relating to authorizing the appointment of a joint committee from the Senate and House to make a careful and thorough investigation into the subject of taxation, its methods and results, for the purpose of devising and reporting to the legislature of this State plans, methods, form, amendments and bills providing a more just, equitable, economical and effective system of taxation for the State and its municipalities.
SB 45 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute relating to appeals in the granting, refusing to grant, dissolving and refusing to dissolve injunctions; and providing that transcript may be filed in the Court of Civil Appeals not later than twenty days after entry of such order or judgment of record, and providing for giving appellee copy of brief filed, if there be one.
SB 46 Caption: Relating to authorizing the Attorney General to prepare, have published and distributed "A Peace Officer's Manual" containing all laws of the State prescribing and pertaining to the duties, authority, activities and responsibility of peace officers, with comment and explanation, and making an appropriation therefor.
SB 47 Caption: Relating to amending certain article of the Code of Criminal Procedure by providing that in case of two or more convictions of the same defendant, the court may provide in rendering judgment and sentence of that the punishments provided shall be either concurrent or cumulative.
SB 72 Caption: Relating to amending certain statutes relating to depositions and rules of evidence by consolidating them and adding thereto certain provisions for the taking of depositions in cases of probating wills and other proceedings in estates where there is no opposing party or attorney of record, upon whom service of notice and copies of interrogatories may be had.
SB 73 Caption: Relating to providing that in certain cases, one or more charges against a defendant may be joined in the same indictment or information, and that if two or more indictments or informations should be presented, the court may order that they be consolidated.
SB 74 Caption: Relating to amending certain statutes of the Penal Code of the State of Texas defining and punishing the offense of burglary, distinguishing day-time burglary and night-time burglary and providing separate punishments.
SB 75 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute of the Penal Code of the State of Texas prescribing the punishment for theft of property of the value of $50.00 or over, by reducing the minimum punishment.
