SB 148 Caption: Relating to accepting the benefits of an Act passed by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled for the promotion of vocational education; making an appropriation.
SB 195 Caption: Relating to creating a common county line school district to be known as the Lone Cedar District, to be under the jurisdiction, management and control of the county school board of Ellis County, Texas, to be composed of the territory described in this Act and defining the rights, powers and privileges of such district.
SB 196 Caption: Relating to permitting garages, automobile supply stations and gasoline and filling stations to remain open and transact business within certain hours on Sunday.

SB 375 Caption: Relating to reorganizing the Seventh, Fourteenth, and Fortieth Judicial Districts and to create the Eighty-sixty Judicial District of the State of Texas, and providing for the appointment of the district judge for said Eighty-sixth Judicial District, and providing for holding the district courts and the terms thereof in the said Seventh, Fourteenth, Fortieth and Eighty-sixty Judicial District, and providing that all process, recognizances, bail bonds, appeal bonds, and jurors heretofore selected are valid and returnable to first session after this Act takes effect and validating all judgments and decrees of the said courts, and providing for the continuation of any district court mentioned to the end of this term.
SB 451 Caption: Relating to repealing a special road law for Johnson County, Texas.

SB 22 Caption: Relating to providing for the creation of conservation and reclamation districts within this State, to be known as Levee Improvements Districts, for the purpose of reclaiming lands from overflow from rivers, creeks and streams, by systems of levees, drainage and other improvements; making penal interference with or injury to their works or improvements, and fixing penalties and punishment to be imposed on persons offending in those regards, as well as building levees without lawful authority.
SB 40 Caption: Relating to abolishing the office of Commissioner of Pensions and conferring all powers heretofore exercised by that office upon the Comptroller of Public Accounts; annulling and repealing all appropriations for the Pension Department for the years 1918 and 1919 with certain exceptions.
SB 69 Caption: Relating to providing that those engaged in any business within the State required by law to pay tax on gross receipts must obtain a permit to transact such business.
SB 73 Caption: Relating to repealing certain laws providing for a State Tax Board and devolving duties heretofore placed upon such Board upon the Railroad Commission of Texas.
SB 88 Caption: Relating to repealing Statutes creating the office of State Revenue Agent, the bill to become effective January 15, 1919.
SB 101 Caption: Relating to amending certain laws creating the Venus Independent School District in Johnson County.

HB 146 Caption: Relating to repealing certain Act requiring the election of a white board of trustees and a colored board of trustees for each district, having jurisdiction of the schools respectively of each race.
HB 147 Caption: Relating to creating the office of county superintendent in certain counties.
HB 148 Caption: Relating to requiring the teaching of elementary agriculture in all public schools of this State, except independent school districts containing a scholastic population of three hundred or more.
HB 149 Caption: Relating to providing that it shall be the duty of the county commissioners court of all organized counties in this State to subdivide their respective counties into convenient school districts by the first day of September, 1907.
HB 155 Caption: Relating to providing for the collection of succession duties on estates passing upon the death of any resident of this State having property in this State at the time of his or her death, or of any non-resident having property within the jurisdiction of this State at the time of his or her death, whether such property pass by will or by the laws of descent and distribution of this State, or by those of any other State in which a non-resident may have his or her domicile at the time of his or her death, provided, such non-resident have property within the jurisdiction of this State.
HB 240 Caption: Relating to prohibiting the transportation of Johnson grass or Johnson grass hay along the public highways, except by railroads, or across the lands of another without his consent, in certain counties of this State, and providing penalties for violation of the same.
HB 292 Caption: Relating to creating Midlothian Independent School District so as to more clearly define the boundaries of said district, and validating all acts of said incorporation.
HB 302 Caption: Relating to regulating the transportation of Johnson grass hay along the public highways or across the lands of another in this State, and providing penalties for the violation thereof.
HB 390 Caption: Relating to the reserve fund to be kept by the State banks.
HB 464 Caption: Relating to prohibiting the taking of fish from the fresh waters and streams of this State otherwise than by means of the ordinary hook and line and trot line; fixing a penalty for the use of poison, dynamite or other explosives in killing, catching and taking fish.
HB 489 Caption: Relating to providing for appointment and qualification of a county Auditor in certain counties; providing for the manner of appointment.

HB 320 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Act pertaining to attorneys at law, by permitting a clerk or deputy clerk of a court of record, who is an attorney, to appear as such in any court of record, except in cases in which he may have appellate or revisory jurisdiction.
