HB 3 Caption: Relating to defining what shall constitute actionable fraud in this State, and prescribing a rule for damages to be recovered against persons committing fraud as defined in this Act.
HB 4 Caption: Relating to prescribing the manner for designating the homestead of a family.
HB 5 Caption: Relating to amending certain Civil Statutes providing for the organization of a ranger force for the protecting of the frontier against marauders and thieving parties.
HB 188 Caption: Relating to permitting Riviera Beach & Western Railway Company to take up and remove its entire railroad, including the line from Riviera to Riviera Beach, and selling and disposing of and abandoning the same, together with its land and equipment, and dissolving said corporation.
HB 242 Caption: Relating to defining theft with regard to automobiles, motor trucks, motorcycles, or any other vehicles propelled by electricity, gasoline, kerosene, and prescribing punishment therefor; also defining theft of any part of an automobile, motor truck, motor tractor, motorcycle, or of any other vehicle propelled by electricity, gasoline, or kerosene, and prescribing punishment therefor.
HB 253 Caption: Relating to appropriating certain sums of money out of the general funds of the State, not otherwise appropriated, for the fiscal years beginning September 1, 1919, and September 1, 1920, to be used for the purpose of the inspection and eradication of citrus banker and other dangerous diseases and pests now threatening the destruction of the citrus industry in this State, and in order to secure a like appropriation from the Federal government for the same purpose.
HB 255 Caption: Relating to amending an act to regulate the sale of cocaine and other drugs; regulating the issuance of prescriptions for such drugs; requiring persons selling such drugs upon prescriptions to file same; prohibiting fraudulent representation, and providing that nothing in this act shall prevent the sale of certain proprietary preparations containing not more than two grains of opium, one-eighth grain of morphine, two grains of chloral hydrate and one-sixteenth grain of cocaine, in one fluid ounce, and providing penalties for the violation thereof.
HB 568 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute relating to irrigation districts by providing in substance that districts created under the provisions of said statute are empowered to own and construct reservoirs, dams, wells, canals, etc., and to acquire the necessary right-of-way for same, by purchase gift, grant of condemnation.

HB 139 Caption: Relating to providing for the creation of Conservation and Reclamation Districts and providing that any Water Improvement District, Drainage District or Levee Improvement District may incur indebtedness and levy taxes necessary to carry out the purpose of its organization.

HB 27 Caption: Relating to regulating the presentation and collection of claims for personal services or for labor rendered, or for material furnished, or for overcharges in freight or express, or for any claim for lost or damaged freight, or for stock killed or injured by any person or corporation, against any person or corporation doing business in this State, and providing a reasonable amount of attorney's fees to be recovered, in case where the amount of such claims shall not exceed two hundred ($200) dollars.
HB 172 Caption: Relating to providing for the appointment of official shorthand reports for district courts by the judges thereof to report cases; providing for the time and method of making and filing typewritten transcripts of such reports; providing for the time and method of making and filing statements of facts and bills of exceptions on appeals; providing for the qualifications, duties and compensation of such official shorthand reporters; repealing Chapter 24, page 509, Acts of the First Called Session of the Thirtieth Legislature of the State of Texas.
