SB 52 Caption: Relating to reorganizing the Thirteenth Judicial District of Texas, and to creating the Seventy-seventh Judicial District of Texas; and to fixing the time of holding the courts in said districts.
SB 73 Caption: Relating to making an emergency appropriation for the maintenance, support and direction of the Agricultural and Mechanical College for the fiscal year ending August 31, 1915.
SB 139 Caption: Relating to protecting the grounds of the educational and eleemosynary institutions from damage by livestock; declaring said lands to be a game and wild animal preserve; providing penalties.
SB 269 Caption: Relating to providing that all expenditures for the Agricultural and Mechanical College of Texas may be made by order of the Board of Directors of said College, to be paid on warrants from the Comptroller on vouchers approved by the President of said board, or by some other officer or officers of the Agricultural and Mechanical College of Texas, designated by him in writing to the Comptroller.

SB 188 Caption: Relating to authorizing the sterilization of a certain class of criminals, lunatics and epileptics and syphilitics and persons with a hereditary tendency to congenital diseases of mind or body who are now or may hereafter be confined to any eleemosynary or penal institution, to the end that procreation by such classes may be prevented; and to provide for the appointment of a board whose duty it shall be to decide in what cases sterilization is advisable and to prescribe regulations and means by which said operation may be performed.
SB 201 Caption: Relating to authorizing the Houston & Texas Central Railroad Company to purchase, own and operate the railroad of the Hearne & Brazos Valley Railroad Company, with the franchises and other property there unto appertaining, and authorizing the Houston and Texas Central Railroad Company to issue additional mortgage bonds to the amount of the value of the railroad franchises.
SB 202 Caption: Relating to providing for an state agricultural exhibit which may be transferred to the Panama-Pacific Exposition, making an appropriation therefor.
SB 245 Caption: Relating to erecting a monument to the memory of the soldiers and veterans of the Mexican War, in the capitol grounds; providing appropriation therefor; providing for committee to supervise the work.
SB 263 Caption: Relating to providing that counties having a population below a certain size shall not be affected by any of the provisions of the Fee Bill, providing a method of determining the population.
SB 402 Caption: Relating to reorganizing the 13th judicial district; creating the 76th judicial district and appointing a judge; fixing the time of holding the courts; and providing for organizing grand juries at certain times.
SB 412 Caption: Relating to providing for state aid is establishing and maintaining the farmers' cooperative demonstration work and the boys and girls club work and appropriating a certain sum of money.
SB 422 Caption: Relating to amending the law authorizing the issuance of road bonds by Robertson County or any political subdivision of said county.
SB 453 Caption: Relating to requiring persons handling pistols to secure a license therefor, to pay an occupation tax thereon, and to keep a record of all pistol transactions, and providing penalties.

SB 10 Caption: Relating to inducing a reduction in the cotton acreage for the year 1915; authorizing the commissioner of Agriculture to perform certain duties in connection therewith; fixing penalties.

SB 64 Caption: Relating to authorizing the City of Bryan to sell and convey certain public grounds within said city.
SB 71 Caption: Relating to regulating the sale of commercial fertilizers, prohibiting their adulteration and misbranding, providing for their correct weighing and marking, forbidding the use of certain materials, and providing for the collection and analysis of samples, statements of sales, and shipments, the expenses of the enforcement of the law.
SB 134 Caption: Relating to making the separate property of the wife the rents and revenues derived from property, whether real or personal, granted to the wife by will, deed or otherwise, with the provision that the rents and revenues derived therefrom shall be her separate property; and to exempt the same from the management and control of the husband.
SB 224 Caption: Relating to prescribing certain duties to be imposed upon county attorneys and providing compensation therefor.
SB 304 Caption: Relating to quieting titles to certain lands granted to persons who have been permanently disabled by reason of wounds received while in the service of this state or the Confederate States.
SB 349 Caption: Relating to providing for a more efficient road system for Robertson county, Texas and the levy of a special tax for road and bridge purposes and providing for the pay of the county commissioners when performing the duties imposed on them as road commissioners.

SB 58 Caption: Relating to authorizing and empowering Robertson county, or any political subdivision of said county by a vote of two-thirds majority of the resident property taxpayers, qualified voters of such county or political subdivision thereof, voting thereon, to issue bonds to any amount, not exceeding one-fourth of the assessed valuation of the real property of such county, or of such political subdivision of such county, and to levy and collect taxes to pay the interest on such bonds and to provide a sinking fund for the redemption thereof, for the purpose of constructing, maintaining and operating macadamized, graveled or paved roads and turnpikes, and prescribing ways and means of conducting and supervising said work.
