SB 21 Caption: Relating to making appropriation to pay the mileage and per diem of the Presidential Electors of Texas for the Year 1917.

SB 24 Caption: Amending a law relating to the rights of foreign corporations in Texas under permits.

SB 94 Caption: Relating to providing that the franchise tax on foreign corporations therein levied shall be based upon that proportion of the total authorized capital stock of such corporation as the gross receipts of such corporation from its Texas business bears to its total gross receipts.
SB 95 Caption: Relating to providing that the permit fees for corporations payable to the Secretary of State under certain provisions shall be based upon the capital stock of corporations domestic and foreign issued and outstanding and that such permit fees shall not exceed the sum of twenty-five hundred dollars.
SB 96 Caption: Relating to making it a misdemeanor to kill or in any manner injure the winged quadruped known as the common bat.
SB 97 Caption: Relating to prohibiting any person other than the lawful owner to use, traffic in, purchase, sell, convert, mutilate, destroy or to refuse to return any milk cans, milk bottles, milk jars, butter boxes, ice cream cans or ice cream tubs branded or stamped by or bearing the private mark of the owner.
SB 98 Caption: Relating to providing for salaries of Clerks of the Courts of Civil Appeals and the payment of costs collected by said clerks into the State Treasury.
SB 109 Caption: Relating to empowering the trustees of any school district, upon petition of parents or guardians, to require said trustees to establish and maintain free kinder-garten, for the training of children under the scholastic age down to and including five years, and to provide for trained kindergarten teachers.
SB 138 Caption: Relating to providing for an appeal from interlocutory orders overruling motions to vacate orders appointing receivers.
SB 158 Caption: Relating to creating the office of county superintendent of public instruction, designating the counties to be effected.

SB 207 Caption: Relating to amending statutes relating to authorizing the formation of corporations for the construction of interurban railways to own, construct and operate union depots and the right to acquire public utilities in and adjacent to the cities and towns within or through which said companies operate.

SB 262 Caption: Relating to authorizing cities and towns to require the filling up, draining and regulating of any places which shall be unwholesome or have stagnant water therein, and to make inspection of premises.
SB 263 Caption: Relating to authorizing the incorporation of towns or villages containing more than two hundred and less than ten thousand inhabitants.
SB 310 Caption: Relating to prescribing qualifications of the county superintendent of public instruction, fixing the salary thereof, providing that no present commissions shall be impaired, allowing commissioners' courts and boards of county school trustees to provide clerical and supervisory help.
