SB 35 Caption: Relating to amending laws defining the original and appellate jurisdiction of the Supreme Court and regulating practice therein.
SB 64 Caption: Relating to conferring on Corporations the power to borrow money, the purpose of the amendment being to permit corporations to borrow in excess of the amount of their authorized capital stock.
