SB 10 Caption: Relating to authorizing the creation and establishment of Water Control and Preservation Districts for the control and preservation of the purity of the waters, creeks, bayous, lakes, canals, streams or other waters for irrigation or in aid thereof, by the prevention of the inflow of salt water or other deleterious substances; providing penalties.
SB 13 Caption: Relating to prohibiting the manufacture, sale, barter or exchange of intoxicating liquor except for medicinal, mechanical, scientific or sacramental purposes; providing penalties.
SB 18 Caption: Relating to creating and establishing the Batson Independent School District in Hardin County, Texas.
SB 46 Caption: Relating to providing for the creation of corporations to prevent the pollution of streams and to that end empowering such corporations to gather, impound and store water containing salt or other substances produced in the drilling or operation of oil wells or other wells.
SB 64 Caption: Relating to validating the sale of certain public domain made by the state on February 21, 1907.
SB 81 Caption: Relating to requiring the Board of Prison Commissioners to pay into the Treasury of the State certain amounts appropriated by the Thirty-Fifth legislature.

SB 112 Caption: Relating to establishing and creating a Court to be known as the "County Court of Jefferson County at law No. 2" and to prescribe its organization, jurisdiction, and procedure, and to conform the jurisdiction and procedure of other courts thereto.
SB 113 Caption: Relating to appropriating the sum of 150,000 Dollars to be used for the purpose of reimbursing the farmers in the non-cotton growing quarantined district for any loss sustained by such parties; making appropriation.

SB 11 Caption: Relating to providing for the compensation of certain employees for injuries sustained in the course of employment.
SB 34 Caption: Relating to requiring the attendance of all boys and girls between the ages of 7 and 17 upon the public schools or some private school, for at least 80 days each school year, requiring parents or guardians to make monthly reports to the teachers, showing the cause of the absence of their children or wards, and making it a misdemeanor for any parent or guardian to fail to require their children of the lawful age to attend school the required time.
SB 40 Caption: Relating to protecting and giving a first lien to materialmen, artisans, mechanics, and laborers for material furnished or labor performed on any buildings, improvements, fixtures or articles on which they have furnished any material or performed any labor.
SB 63 Caption: Relating to establishing charbon districts; providing that persons residing therein shall report all animals suffering with charbon, or supposed to have such diseases, to the county health officer, who shall report the same to the State Board of Health and providing for practicing physicians to report all persons with said disease.
SB 64 Caption: Relating to amending Title Seven, Chapter Two, Art. 303 of the Revised Criminal Statutes, so as to exclude grocery stores and markets from the provisions thereof.
SB 90 Caption: Relating to amending Article 909, Title 13 of Chapter 6 of the Penal Code so as to repeal the provision by which it is made unlawful for any person to have in his or her possession or to sell or ship any redfish more than twelve pounds in weight.
SB 147 Caption: Relating to appropriating revenue to pay for a survey of the Kings Highway and erecting monuments; providing a penalty.
SB 173 Caption: Relating to authorizing the Texas and New Orleans Railroad Company to purchase, own and operate the railroad of the Burr's Ferry, Browndell & Chester Railway Company; and to authorize the said Burr's Ferry, Browndell & Chester Railway Company to sell the same.
SB 178 Caption: Relating to regulating the presentation and collection of claims against any person or corporation doing business in this state, and providing a reasonable amount for attorneys fees.
SB 204 Caption: Relating to defining and creating the occupation of contracting stevedore; making it unlawful to pursue said occupation without first giving the bond and obtaining the license, and punishing such as a misdemeanor by fine.
SB 224 Caption: Relating to providing for the taxation of any lease hold held for mineral purposes, but not being used for such purpose.
SB 225 Caption: Relating to making it compulsory to provide adequate fire escapes upon all buildings of over two stories in height, used now or hereafter for certain purposes.
SB 226 Caption: Relating to providing for the health, safety and comfort of employees in factories, mercantile establishments, mills and workshops or other establishments in this state, and to provide for the enforcement thereof.
SB 235 Caption: Relating to amending the Code of Criminal Procedure so as to render effective appeal bonds and recognizances when cases are finally passed upon by the court of Criminal Appeals.
SB 261 Caption: Relating to regulating the employment of children in certain occupations; providing for the issue of certificates of employment; fixing penalties.
SB 299 Caption: Relating to granting to the Higgins Oil & Fuel Company of Beaumont, permission to sue the state of Texas for the sum of $859.43, representing the contract price for four cars of fuel oil delivered to the State Lunatic Asylum at Austin in 1907, under a contract, as alleged by said claimant; making an appropriation.
SB 323 Caption: Relating to fixing the commissions and fees allowed executors and administrators of estates of decedents.
SB 325 Caption: Relating to amending article 205 of the penal code so as to prohibit the drinking of intoxicating liquors on any motor, or street car for the use of passengers, or in the closets, or vestibules, or on the platform thereof, or in passenger depots, or in the closets or on the grounds thereof; providing penalties.
SB 326 Caption: Relating to amending article 909 of the penal code, so as to repeal in part the provision in said article by which it is made unlawful for any person to have in his or her possession; or to sell or ship any red fish more that twelve pounds in weight.
SB 332 Caption: Relating to creating the South Park Independent School District, known as Common School District No. 6, in Jefferson County, Texas.
SB 364 Caption: Relating to making an appropriation to defray the expenses of printing the annotated revised statutes, civil and criminal, and of supervision of said printing.
SB 395 Caption: Relating to defining and prohibiting newspaper contests, where prizes and other awards are offered for persons obtaining the greatest number of subscriptions, defining the same as "graft" and affixing the penalty therefor.
SB 415 Caption: Relating to repealing the Jasper County road law and providing that the general road law, of the State of Texas, shall be in effect in Jasper County.
SB 426 Caption: Relating to prohibiting the sale, or exchange, to minors of any beverage syrup, mixture, or compound in the preparation of which caffeine or extracts containing caffeine have been used, fixing a penalty.
SB 452 Caption: Relating to authorizing the payment of a certain sum out of the funds appropriated for the maintenance of the Confederate Home, to such inmates of the home as may desire to accept such payment, and leave the home.
SB 475 Caption: Relating to amending the prohibition on the sale of groceries, fruits, vegetables, meats, fish and poultry on Sunday.
SB 492 Caption: Relating to the duties and compensation of county commissioners when constituted and acting as supervisors of public roads.

SB 44 Caption: Relating to authorizing the city of Nacogdoches, a municipal corporation to sell the United States of America, a protion of the Main Plaza, for a federal building site.
SB 55 Caption: Relating to amending article 2827 and 2862 of the Revised Civil Statutes so as to provide that the valuation placed on property for taxation in county line independent school districts having their own tax assessor shall not be governed by the valuation placed thereon for state and county taxation.
32nd Regular Session
SB 21 Caption: Relating to regulating the running of Street Cars; fixing a penalty.
SB 27 Caption: Relating to requiring any owner or original contractor to pay a just and reasonable valuation for material furnished and labor performed before such contractor shall receive his pay.
SB 35 Caption: Relating to requiring the attendance of all boys and girls between the ages of seven years and seventeen, upon the public schools or some private school for at least eighty days each school year; requiring parents to make monthly reports to teachers, showing the cause of the absence fo their children or wards, and making it a a misdemeanor to fail to require their children to attend school.
SB 72 Caption: Relating to increasing the liability of all employers of laborers, defining "employer" and "employe," perpetuating a cause of action in favor of heirs or legal representatives of an employe, whose injuries result in death.
SB 76 Caption: Relating to prohibiting the requiring or permitting any person engaged in work for the State of Texas or any subdivision thereof, or any municipality therein to remain on duty more than eight hours in any consecutive twenty-four hours
SB 90 Caption: Relating to providing for the taxation of any lease hold held for mineral purposes, but not being used for such purposes.
SB 135 Caption: Relating to amending an Act, relating to if a jury has been empaneled and sworn to try any case of felony, they shall not be permitted to separate until they have returned a verdict.
SB 136 Caption: Relating to the relief of C.W. Howth, former County Attorney of Jefferson County, Texas.
SB 137 Caption: Relating to creating a State Boiler Inspection Board, prescribing the power and duties of its members, providing for the appointment of a State Chief Boiler Inspector; fixing penalties for non-performance of duties.
SB 222 Caption: Relating to creating the South Park Independent School District, known as a Common School District No. 6, in Jefferson county, Texas; to provide for the election of trustees, for the raising of revenue, issuing bonds, building and maintaining school houses, maintaining public free schools, declaring valid an issue of bonds heretofore made.
SB 242 Caption: Relating to authorizing and empowering the Commissioners Court of Jefferson County to issue bonds for the construction and maintenance of public roads and highways; providing the manner and mode of working the county convicts upon its pubic roads and highways.
SB 243 Caption: Relating to creating the County Court of Jefferson County at Law.
SB 244 Caption: Relating to making the possession and offer for sale of any hide of any cattle with the brand cut out or so disfigured that the brand cannot be distinguished a felony; providing the penalty therefor.
SB 278 Caption: Relating to providing for the payment of all vouchers of teachers in the public schools of the State of Texas as same fall due.
SB 282 Caption: Relating to prohibiting discharging any employe on account of such employe owing any debt and prescribing a penalty.
SB 286 Caption: Relating to incorporating the City of Port Arthur, Jefferson County, Texas, and to grant it a new charter; to provide for a commission form of government.
SB 321 Caption: Relating to requiring Fire Insurance Companies doing business in Texas to pay Local Agents the full Local Agents commission thereon; prescribing penalties.
SB 326 Caption: Relating to authorizing the commissioners court of any county in Texas to cause to be made a topographical survey of all lands and to compile a correct topographical map thereof.
SB 356 Caption: Relating to creating a more efficient road system for Hardin county, Texas, and making county commissioners of said county ex officio road commissioners and prescribing their duties as such, and providing for their compensation as road commissioners, and defining the powers and duties of such county commissioners, and fixing a penalty for a violation of this Act.
32nd 1st Called Session
SB 57 Caption: Relating to amending an Act relating to the Texas State Board of Health Vital Statistics, and to establishing Charbon districts, providing that persons residing therein shall report all animals suffering with Charbon to the county health officer, who shall report same to the State Board of Health and providing for physicians to report all persons suffering said diseases, and providing that the County Health Officer may issue a proclamation prohibiting stock from running at large, providing penalties.
SB 65 Caption: Relating to incorporating the city of Port Arthur, Jefferson County, Texas and to grant it a new charter.
