SB 154 Caption: Amending Penal Code relating to offenses affecting the public health; relating to leaving dead bodies of animals in close proximity to private residences.

SB 208 Caption: Relating to county supervision of public schools and providing that an election may be held upon the petition of 25 percent of the qualified voters of any County in which the office of County Superintendent has been created, to determine whether or not said office shall be abolished.
SB 236 Caption: Relating to creating a more efficient road system for Wood county, Texas, and making the county commissioners of said county ex officio road commissioners.
SB 295 Caption: Relating to creating the Pleasant Grove Independent School District, in Wood county, Texas, and defining its boundaries, providing for the election of a board of trustees to manage and control the public free school within said district.
SB 296 Caption: Relating to providing adequate penalties for the unlawful taking, slaughter, sale, purchase or shipment of wild game of the state.
SB 297 Caption: Relating to regulating the adoption of textbooks for the public schools of Texas, providing the manner in which books shall be examined, graded and their adoption determined upon; providing penalties.
SB 300 Caption: Relating to amending Sections of "An Act to preserve and protect the wild game, wild birds and wild fowl of the State; to provide adequate penalties for the violation of this Act, and the unlawful taking, slaughter, sale, purchase or shipment thereof," and to repeal the provisions in said sections imposing a jail sentence for violations of said Act.
