SB 15 Caption: Relating to amending the Revised Civil Statutes concerning the marital rights of parties, defining the separate and community property of the husband and wife, conferring upon the wife power to make contracts, authorizing suits on such contracts.
SB 51 Caption: Relating to a prohibition on falsely stating the consideration in any deed, deed of trust, mortgage, or other instrument in writing, transferring or affecting the title to real or personal property for the purpose of defrauding another, and prescribing a penalty.
SB 66 Caption: Relating to defining the original and appellate jurisdiction of the Supreme Court, and regulating practice therein.
SB 86 Caption: Relating to authorizing the trustees of Common School Districts and Independent School Districts to direct the time for conducting the Public Free Schools in such districts at such time, and in such number of terms as may be deemed by them, for the best interest of those within the scholastic age entitled to attend such schools, and to suspend any term of such schools when the average daily attendance thereon in any one month shall fall below 30% of the scholastic population of such district.
SB 114 Caption: Relating to exempting from the provisions of Chapter 76, of the General Laws, entitled 'An Act to regulate the practice of veterinary medicine, surgery and dentistry,' all those who had been for three years before said act went into effect regularly engaged in the counties of their residence in the practice of veterinary medicine, surgery and dentistry.
SB 130 Caption: Relating to requiring individuals, co-partnerships, partnerships, associations and corporations and corporations engaged in the business of a retail malt dealer, and wholesale dealer, and wholesale distributor of spirituous and malt liquors, to file an annual report with the state comptroller, showing an ownership of property and contributions for political purposes, providing a penalty.
SB 176 Caption: Relating to prescribing penalties against railroads for violating the rules and regulations of the railroad commission relating to the furnishing of cars and the interchanging of cars between railroad companies and to the speed at which freight shall be moved between points within this state.
SB 268 Caption: Relating to apportioning the state into Congressional districts and providing for two additional districts to the number now provided for.
SB 347 Caption: Relating to defining hotels, public inns, and places where sleeping and food accommodations are furnished for hire and relating to the obtaining of board and lodging therein under false pretenses and prescribing penalties.
SB 358 Caption: Relating to making it unlawful to coerce, or to require any person to enter into any agreement to join any labor organization or other organization as a condition of securing or continuing employment.
SB 366 Caption: Relating to making an appropriation to defray the expenses of printing the Revised statutes, 1911 and of supervision of said printing.
SB 413 Caption: Relating to amending the charter of the city of Texarkana.
SB 414 Caption: Relating to providing for the acquisition by telephone companies incorporated under the laws of the State of Texas, of local telephone exchanges, belonging to other individuals, companies, or corporations, by construction, purchase, lease, or other contract, and to provide for the consolidation of two or more local telephone exchanges.
SB 416 Caption: Relating to authorizing the Railroad Commission to make inquiry into the expenditures of railways for salaries of officials and otherwise, and to make such orders as may be necessary to secure economy in the expense of operating railways.
SB 464 Caption: Relating to authorizing any interurban railway company, heretofore or hereafter incorporated under the laws of this state to purchase or otherwise acquire, maintain and operate all the properties and franchises of street railway companies, and suburban railway companies.
SB 478 Caption: Relating to further regulating the issuance of licenses to retail liquor and malt dealers.
SJR 2 Caption: Relating to amending article 5 of the constitution relating to the judicial department.

SB 16 Caption: Relating to providing for the submission of specific issues of fact by the Court to the jury on the trial of Civil suits, upon motion in writing by any party to such suit.
SB 24 Caption: Relating to granting a new charter to the city of Texarkana, Bowie county, Texas.
SB 34 Caption: Relating to regulating practice in the District and County Courts and require parties to actions in such Courts to verify their pleadings by their affidavits.
SB 41 Caption: Relating to regulating the payment of wages to employees in certain employments.
SB 42 Caption: Relating to authorizing the judges of the District Courts to exercise in vacation all powers except to enter final judgement.
SB 95 Caption: Relating to regulating Practice in the District and County Court in regard to instructions to Juries.
SB 103 Caption: Relating to providing that allegations of fact in the pleadings of a party to any suit in the District or County Court, shall be taken as confessed as to any adverse party who fails to file in reply an affidavit denying the truth of such allegations and prescribing the form of such affidavit.
SB 105 Caption: Relating to requiring the general denial filed by a defendant to be verified by his affidavit.
SB 106 Caption: Relating to providing that the pleadings of the parties shall be verified by their affidavits.
SB 107 Caption: Relating to regulating the pleading and practice in the district and county courts in respect to the making of new parties and the filing of amendments to pleadings, etc.
SB 108 Caption: Relating to giving the Judges of the District Courts the power in vacation to exercise all powers as fully as in term time except to enter final judgement.
SB 148 Caption: Relating to providing that immaterial error and errors not excepted to at the time committed on the trial of criminal actions shall not be ground for new trial nor for reversal on appeal.
SB 173 Caption: Relating to requiring that in moving any train, locomotive or car over any railway track or street railway track toward any crossing or other place on such track, which travelers use or the public has a right to use, the operator of the train, locomotive or car shall used ordinary care to keep a lookout to discover and avoid injury to persons at or using such crossing or place.
SB 181 Caption: Relating to the taxation of the intangible assets of railroad companies, ferry companies and every other company or association doing business of the same character in this State.
SB 185 Caption: Relating to authorizing the trustees of common school districts and independent school districts to direct the time for conducting the public free schools in such districts, at such time, and in such number of terms as may be deemed by them.
SB 193 Caption: Relating to securing the right of trial by jury in cases of indirect contempt of court.
SB 202 Caption: Relating to prohibiting falsely stating the consideration in any deed, deed of trust, mortgage or other instrument in writing, transferring or affecting the title to real or personal property, for the purpose of defrauding another; prescribing penalties.

SB 238 Caption: Relating to repealing Article 771 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the State of Texas adopted at the regular session of the Twenty-fourth Legislature.
SB 250 Caption: Relating to declaring that in cases in which the Judge may be biased or prejudiced, or related to either party or is not disposed to accord to the accused or to some party to a suit to a fair and impartial trial, such Judge shall be disqualified and describing how such disqualification may be presented to the Court.
SB 252 Caption: Relating to declaring persons, corporations and receivers operating dangerous machinery, or any telephone or telegraph system, or any other property by means of electricity, to be liable to employes for injuries received through the negligence of such employer.
SB 263 Caption: Relating to authorizing cities under special charter granted by the Legislature of the State of Texas, to carry out existing contracts or make contracts with railway companies to erect and complete viaducts, to abolish and close portions of streets crossed by railroad tracks, to issue viaduct bonds not to exceed ten thousand dollars ($10.000.00).
SB 269 Caption: Relating to prohibiting the introduction in evidence in any case, testimony divulging what shall have been testified to by any witness before a grand jury, except in criminal prosecutions for perjury in which such testimony given before such grand jury is made the basis of such charge of perjury.
SB 340 Caption: Relating to regulating the time for holding the district courts in the various counties composing the Fifth Judicial District of Texas, so as to give Titus county one more week, and validating process.
