HB 97 Caption: Relating to regulating intoxicating liquors in local option districts.
HB 101 Caption: Relating to compelling children of a certain age to attend school, providing for enforcement.
HB 111 Caption: Relating to providing a pension for service in the confederate army, navy and for the widows of soldiers and sailors; providing regulations and a fund for payment.
HB 178 Caption: Relating to authorizing the working of short term felony convicts on the public roads by the counties of Texas; defining who are short term convicts, and providing rules and regulations under which said convicts can be so worked.
HB 202 Caption: Relating to requiring all railroad companies competing under the laws of Texas to furnish express facilities over their lines without the intervention of express companies; putting their express business under the supervision and control of the Railroad Commission; and fixing penalties.
HB 325 Caption: Relating to providing protection of employees engaged in constructing or repairing railroad cars or other railroad equipment.

HB 668 Caption: Relating to creating a special game law for Smith County, prohibiting the killing of wild duck, quail and squirrels under certain limitations; providing penalties for violating the provisions of this Act; fixing the time when this Act shall take effect.
HB 679 Caption: Relating to creating a more efficient road system for Smith County, Texas, making the county commissioners ex-officio road commissioners; providing penalties for neglect of duties hereunder and violations hereof.
33rd 1st Called Session
HB 5 Caption: Relating to establishing a prison system, and declaring the policy of the state with reference thereto; to provide for the management and control of such prison system; to provide for the control, management and treatment of all prisoners sentenced to the penitentiary; to provide that prisoners and ex-prisoners, as herein defined, shall be permitted to testify in certain cases; prescribing penalties.
HB 31 Caption: Relating to providing for the employment of felony convicts, for the disposal of the products of the labor of such convicts, and providing that the Prison Commission shall have control, regulation and supervision of the labor of such convicts.
HB 42 Caption: Relating to the shipment of intoxicating liquors into local option territory.
HB 52 Caption: Relating to amending the Special Road Law for Smith County, Texas, and providing for the suspension of the constitutional rule requiring bills to be read on three several days.
HB 70 Caption: Relating to authorizing the incorporation and organization of Building and Loan Associations and Homestead Associations in the State, and providing for their organization, government and control.

HB 8 Caption: Relating to compelling children between 7 and 17 years of age to attend school; providing for the enforcement.
HB 52 Caption: Relating to fixing the membership of the Senate of the Legislature at thirty-one (31) members, and to reduce and fix the membership of the House of Representative of the Texas Legislature at ninety-three (93) members; and to provide for re-districting the state into ninety-three (93) Representative Districts.
HB 317 Caption: Relating to requiring Railroad Companies to furnish express facilities over their lines without the intervention of express companies; putting their express business under the supervision and control of the Railroad Commission; fixing penalties.
HB 482 Caption: Relating to authorizing ice companies to buy, sell, can and refrigerate poultry, poultry products, fruits, produce, fresh meats and dairy products.

HB 374 Caption: Relating to requiring all railroad companies operating under the laws of Texas to furnish express facilities over their lines without the intervention of express companies; and fixing penalties and venue for violating the provisions of this Act.
HB 639 Caption: Relating to preventing the keeping of certain fruit trees affected with yellows, crown gall, black know, or any other tree, shrub, plant, fruit or other articles or commerce infested with or by San Jose scale or other dangerous, injurious or destructive pest, and declaring such affected and infested trees, shrubs and plants a public nuisance, and making it the duty oft he Commissioner of Agriculture, Insurance, Statistics and History to seek out and destroy such trees, shrubs and plants, or cause the same to be done, or to have such affected or infested trees treated; providing penalties, and making an appropriation.
HB 713 Caption: Relating to incorporating the city of Tyler, in Smith County, Texas, and defining its boundaries and providing for its government and the management of its affairs.
HB 733 Caption: Relating to preventing and punishing any person, not a lawfully practicing physician, from signing the name of a physician to a prescription for medicine or for any purpose, and fixing a penalty therefor.
HB 740 Caption: Relating to amending the general and special road laws in force in Smith County, Texas, by adding thereto the following, authorizing the commissioners court of said county to appoint a county superintendent, or commissioners precinct public road superintendent for said county, defining the powers and duties of public road superintendent.
HJR 29 Caption: Proposing an amendment to Section 2 of Article 3 of the Constitution of the State of Texas, fixing and limiting the number of members of the Legislature of the State of Texas.
HJR 30 Caption: Proposing an amendment to Section 24, Article 3 of the Constitution of the State of Texas, fixing the salaries and mileage of members of the Legislature.

HB 98 Caption: Relating to providing for the levy and collection of an annual ad valorem State tax for general revenue purposes of 12 1/2 cents on the $100 valuation for the years 1907 and 1908, and 12 1/2 cents thereafter.
