SB 360 Caption: Relating to creating a more efficient road system for Travis county and prescribing certain duties of road commissioners of Travis County and fixing salary of Road Commissioners.
SB 361 Caption: Relating to authorizing the city of Austin to enter into certain contracts and to transfer or lease certain of its property, property rights and franchises, for the purpose of securing for said city the construction of a dam across the Colorado River at or near said city, in order to secure a more economical and satisfactory water, light and power system for the use of the people of said city.

SB 32 Caption: Relating to amending Section 31 of Chapter 104 of the Acts passed by the Twenty-ninth Legislature, entitled "An Act to define and provide for organizing and disciplining the militia", by increasing the Assistant Adjutant General's salary to $1500 a year.
SB 74 Caption: Relating to granting a new charter to the city of Austin, Travis county, Texas.
SB 134 Caption: Relating to repealing Section Twelve of an Act passed by the First Called Session of the Thirtieth Legislature, Chapter Eighteen, an act providing for the levy and collection of an occupation tax upon certain individuals, companies, corporations and associations.
SB 147 Caption: Relating to repealing Chapter 31, of the Local and special Laws of the Thirtieth Legislature, creating a special road system for Williamson County, and to create a more efficient road system; fixing penalties.
SB 166 Caption: Relating to creating a more efficient road system for Lampassa county.
SB 190 Caption: Relating to amending Section of Chapter 115 of the General laws of the Twenty-sixth legislature so as to include in that section the Telegrapher' Mutual Benefit Association.
SB 205 Caption: Relating to amending Article 650b, Chapter 2, Title 21 of the Revised Statutes of Texas as amended by the Twenty-ninth Legislature, Chapter 53, page 73, and as amended by the Thirtieth Legislature, Chapter 152, page 294, with an emergency clause.
SB 237 Caption: Relating to amending Section 26 of Article 22 of Title IV of the Revised Civil Statutes of Texas, and to change and prescribe the times for holding district court in the Twenty-sixth Judicial District of the State of Texas, and to define jurisdiction thereof, and to provide for the venue and transfer of causes in the Twenty-sixth and Fifty-third District Courts.
