SB 11 Caption: Relating to providing for completing the work of revising, digesting, annotating, indexing, printing and publishing the civil and criminal laws of the State of Texas, making an appropriation.
SB 36 Caption: Relating to amending an Act providing that corporations may be created for the purpose of gathering and harvesting cotton, and also by providing that corporations may be created for the purpose of doing a general advertising business.
SB 73 Caption: Relating to requiring every newspaper corporation incorporated under the laws of Texas to file with the Secretary of State quarterly a sworn report showing the names of stockholders, the amount of stock owner, all transfers of stock and all debts for which the same is pledged or mortgaged.
SB 81 Caption: Relating to providing means for securing fair elections and true returns thereof whenever an election is held at which any proposed amendment or amendments to the Constitution of this State shall be voted upon; providing penalties for the violations of this Act by any officer.
SB 113 Caption: Relating to providing for publicity of contributions to campaign funds in this State; providing penalties.
SB 139 Caption: Relating to providing for the levy and collection of an occupation tax from persons, firms, corporations and associations of persons running or conducting pool or billiard tables; also authorizing each county or city to levy an occupation tax.
SB 270 Caption: Relating to providing for the furnishing of parties, or their attorneys of record, with copies of opinions rendered and filed in all the appellate courts of the State of Texas, without cost.
SB 277 Caption: Relating to prohibiting the exchange, barter and sale of spirituous, vinous malt liquors or medicated bitters capable of producing intoxication, within ten miles of the State University of Texas and all branches thereof; except for medicinal, mechanical or sacramental purposes.
SB 287 Caption: Relating to adopting and establishing a 'Penal Code' and a 'Code of Criminal Procedure' for the State of Texas.
SB 288 Caption: Relating to adopting and establishing the Revised Civil Statutes of the State of Texas.
SB 308 Caption: Relating to providing for the exemption of Fannin county from the provisions of the County Auditors' Act.
SB 344 Caption: Relating to incorporating the city of Amarillo, in Potter county Texas, to define and establish its boundaries.
SB 365 Caption: Relating to amending an act entitled, "An Act to incorporated the City of Paris and to grant it a new charter; to define its powers and to prescribe its duties and liabilities," by amending sections 46, 76 and 116 of said Act and by adding to said Act sections 2a and 2b, and by repealing all laws and parts of laws in conflict with the added sections, and the amended sections as amended.

SB 38 Caption: Relating to providing for the correction of errors in the codified laws, civil and criminal and for the printing of said laws, upon certain conditions.
SB 48 Caption: Relating to amending the Lamar county road system, by adding Sections 40, 41, 42 and 43, providing a method of making up the tax rolls of Lamar county, providing for the deposit and disbursement of the funds under said Act; providing regulations for traffic on said roads.

SB 102 Caption: Relating to the fees and salaries of Clerks of District Courts, County Judges, Coutny Attorneys, Clerks of County Courts, Collectors of Taxes, Assessors of Taxes, Sheriffs, County Treasurers, Justices of the Peace and Constables; prescribing penalties.
SB 160 Caption: Relating to requiring persons keeping billiard or pools rooms to keep an open house; prescribing penalties.
SB 199 Caption: Relating to providing for the establishment and maintenance of a school of agrilculture and the mechanical arts with a department of domestic science in each of the respective congressional districts of this State.
