SB 99 Caption: Relating to providing for the speedy and efficient enforcement of the liens of mechanics and artisans on the buildings and articles made or repaired by them.
SB 132 Caption: Relating to authorizing certain counties in the State of Texas, having a population in excess of fifty-thousand inhabitants by the last preceding United States Census, to submit to the qualified voters the propriety of a bond issue for the construction and maintenance of causeways, viaducts, bridges and approaches across any rivers within the limits of such county, and to provide for the construction, maintenance and use of such causeways, viaducts, bridges and approaches.
SB 133 Caption: Relating to amending Section 1 of an Act to establish and create state courts to be known as the corporation court of such city.
SB 143 Caption: Relating to prohibiting any person from unlawfully using or wearing the badge, label or button or other emblem of the United Confederate Veterans, United Sons of Confederate Veterans, United Daughters of the Confederacy, Grand Army of the Republic, Women's Relief Corps, the Benevolent and Protective Order of the Elks of the United States of America, the Ancient, Free and Accepted Masons, the Independent Oder of Odd Fellows, Knights of Pythias, Woodmen of the World, or any labor organization or any order, society, or organization in this State, and fixing penalties for the violation of this Act.
SB 146 Caption: Relating to establishing and creating in each city having a population of 25,000 inhabitants, a state court, to be known as the corporation court, prescribing the jurisdiction and providing for custody of prisoners doing punishments under the judgement from said court.
SB 157 Caption: Relating to providing for the speedy and efficient enforcement of the liens of mechanics and artisans on the buildings, improvements, fixtures and articles made or repaired by them.
SB 218 Caption: Relating to better defining and punishing vagrancy, prescribing the rules of procedure in the prosecution of vagrancy and fixing a punishment for vagrancy.
SB 219 Caption: Relating to preventing the impairment of liens on property belonging to estates of decedents and to regulate the enforcement of such liens when their enforcement is provided for by powers of sale.
SB 220 Caption: Relating to providing that all bonds or other debts or evidence of debt issued or created after this act hall take effect
SB 221 Caption: Relating to preventing ad valorem taxation of interest in property which under the Constitution and laws of this State is itself exempt from ad valorem taxation.
SB 222 Caption: Relating to preventing double ad valorem taxation of interest in property which is encumbered or interests which are otherwise separately or diversely represented.

SB 127 Caption: Relating to prohibiting Vendors of Nursery products, their agents, servants and employees, from defrauding vendees, and providing penalties for the violation thereof.
SB 129 Caption: Relating to the duty of contractors to file written notice to obtain benefit of lien when performing construction work.
SB 136 Caption: Relating to regulating the powers and duties of interurban electric railway companies, authorizing them to transport passengers, freight and express as common carriers.
SB 163 Caption: Relating to providing for the taking of testimony, concerning the books, papers, correspondence, vouchers, checks, drafts, or other instruments or memoranda pertaining to the business of a corporation incorporated under the laws of this State, or transacting business in this State, or transacting business in this State under permit from the State, and fixing penalties for violations of the provisions of this Act.
SB 173 Caption: Relating to amending the city charter of the city of Dallas and the acts amendatory of said city charter of the city of Dallas, and confirming, ratifying and validating certain series of municipal coupon bonds issued by the city of Dallas by virtue of certain ordinances passed by the city council of the city of Dallas under the charter of the city of Dallas.
SB 181 Caption: Relating to creating a Judiciary Commission, to prepare and submit to the Thirty-first Texas Legislature drafts of constitutional amendments and bills and measures for the improvement of the judicary system and court procedure of Texas.
SB 186 Caption: Relating to the issuance, execution of, return of and recording of marriage license, and prescribing penalties for the violation of this Act.
SB 241 Caption: Relating to creating an Independent School District in the counties of Ellis and Dallas, State of Texas, to be known as the Ferris Independent School District, and to have all the powers, rights and duties of Independent School Districts formed by the incorporation of towns and villages for free school purposes only.
SB 251 Caption: Relating to the purposes for which private corporations may be formed.
SB 252 Caption: Relating to requiring railroad companies chartered under the laws of the State of Texas, and doing business in this State, to purchase sufficient rolling stock and motive power to handle all passenger and freight traffic comfortably, expeditiously, and without unreasonable delay, and conferring authority upon the Railroad Commission of Texas to require compliance with the provisions of this Act, and prescribing penalties for their failure to do so or to observe orders made therein by the Railroad Commission of Texas.
SB 253 Caption: Relating to railroads.
SB 262 Caption: Relating to requiring railroad companies and common carrier to place cars upon written application by shippers within a reasonable time to be prescribed by the Railroad Commission of Texas at any station, siding, spur or other point on a railroad in the State where it is usual and customary for freight to be received and discharged.
SB 270 Caption: Relating to regulating the public telephone service.
SB 276 Caption: Relating to providing that railroad companies and common carriers may, at convenient points on their lines, establish or require compresses for the compressing of cotton, and for its reduction in bulk of and preparation for shipment.

SB 12 Caption: Relating to the prosecution of an offense which includes within its lesser degrees, and providing that if a person be convicted of a lower degree of the offense than that for which he is indicted, and a new trial be granted for such person, or the judgment be set aside for any cause, the verdict upon the first trial shall not be considered an acquittal of the higher degree of the offense.
