HB 326 Caption: Relating to granting a charter to the City of Houston Heights in Harris county, Texas, defining its territorial limits; setting forth and defining its powers and duties, providing a system of taxation.
HB 459 Caption: Relating to amending an Act to fix certain civil fees to be charged by certain county and precinct officers and to prescribe penalties for the violation of this Act", providing maximum fees to be paid the chief and other deputies to be employed by county officers.
HB 481 Caption: Relating to making unlawful the holding over of leased or rented premises by a tenant against the consent of the owner or lessor.
32nd 1st Called Session
HB 27 Caption: Relating to amending "An Act to provide for the protection of the fish and oysters within the tide water limits along the Gulf coast of this State from the most interior point of tidewater seaward," providing for reducing the minimum price which may be charged for shell, mudshell, marl and sand.
HB 67 Caption: Relating to providing improvement of highways in the city of Houston, providing for the assessment of part of the cost of highways upon certain owners of property, providing for the enforcement and collection of such assessments.
31st Regular Session
HB 1 Caption: Relating to providing that all towns or cities of the State of Texas, which may have been or may hereafter be chartered or organized under the General Laws of Texas or by special Act or charter, and which town or city owns and operates water-works, sewers, gas or electric lights, shall have the right to own land for such purposes within or without the limits of such cities or towns, and purchase, construct and operate water, sewer, gas and electric systems inside or outside of such town or city limits, and sell water, gas, electric light and power and sewer privileges; and authorizing such town or city to make such rules and regulations and prescribe penalties concerning same as shall be necessary and proper.
HB 207 Caption: Relating to amending Sections Nos. 2, 1, 12, 13, 16, 17, 22, 23, 29, 30, 35, 41 and 44 of Chapter 40 of the General Laws, passed at the Regular Session of the Thirtieth Legislature, entitled: "An act to authorize the commissioners courts to create and establish drainage districts, to construct canals, drains and ditches, to make levees, improve streams and water courses and make other improvements for the purpose of drainage, etc."; validating certain proceedings had and bonds heretofore issued and registered, providing for additional bonds.
HB 284 Caption: Relating to validating sales of real estate heretofore made by foreign executors of wills probated in any of the states of the United States.
HB 285 Caption: Relating to amending Article 5353, Title 110, of the Revised Civil Statutes of the Twentieth Legislature.
HB 459 Caption: Relating to providing for a deputy county superintendent of schools for Harris and Travis Counties, and prescribing duties and qualifications.
HB 537 Caption: Relating to amending Article 653 Chapter 3, Title 21 of the Revised Statutes.
HJR 23 Caption: Relating to amending Section 10 of Article 11 of the Constitution, so as to authorize the levy of school taxes by majority vote.

HB 4 Caption: Relating to provide for the working of short-term convicts upon the public roads of the State, defining short-term convicts, and to provide regulations for confinement and safe keeping of such convicts.
HB 5 Caption: Relating to providing for the construction of permanent improvements upon the public roads of the State.
HB 6 Caption: Relating to authorizing corporations incorporated as local suburban railways of which the Railroad Commission have heretofore or shall hereafter decide they have no control in reference to the issuance of stock and bonds, or either, to issue their stock and bonds, or either, without complying with the provisions of Chapter 50, of the Acts of the Legislature of 1893, being Chapter 14, Title 94, of the Revised Statutes of Texas.

HB 502 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Act relating to regulating public weighers.
HCR 31 Caption: Relating to granting Judge Rice Maxey leave of absence from the State.
HJR 28 Caption: Proposing a constitutional amendment so as to provide for a more comprehensive public road system.

HCR 9 Caption: Relating to setting aside a certain room in the capitol building for the use of the ex-Confederate soldiers of Texas.
HJR 2 Caption: Proposing a constitutional amendment relative to levy and collection of taxes.
