HB 91 Caption: Relating to protection of persons in the employ and service of Railroad corporations and other corporations.
HB 92 Caption: Relating to amending Article 3071, Chapter 3 of the Revised Civil Statutes, relating to Life, Health, Accident and Fire Insurance Companies; providing a penalty.
HB 93 Caption: Relating to preventing and prohibiting the sale of Patent and Proprietary medicine unless the formula or proportion of constituents of same is written or printed upon the bottle or package containing same.
HB 118 Caption: Relating to amending Articles 350 and 351, Chapter 2, Title IX, of the Criminal Code, defining incest and providing a penalty.
HB 297 Caption: Relating to providing for taking and perpetuation of evidence for the purpose of establishing the identity of Confederate veterans, and such facts as will prove their right to a pension under and by virtue of the pension laws of Texas.

HB 157 Caption: Relating to the pleadings of the defendant and for changing venue where a plea of privilege to be sued in a different court or county is sustained.
HB 158 Caption: Relating to preventing railroad corporations now existing or that may hereafter be organized, or that may be reorganized under the laws of this State, from in any way or manner interfering to prevent employees of any such railroad company or corporation, who may be discharged from the employ or service of such company or corporation, securing and procuring employment by other companies or corporations or persons.
HB 164 Caption: Relating to issuance of subpoenas in felony cases.
HB 174 Caption: Relating to reorganizing the Fourth Judicial District and creating the Sixty-seventh Judicial District; prescribing the time of holding the district courts therein, and providing for the appointment of a district judge for the Sixty-seventh Judicial District, and providing that the said Sixty-seventh Judicial District Court shall have jurisdiction of civil suits that are pending in and cognizable by the county court of Harrison county.
HB 201 Caption: Relating to making it unlawful to disinter, remove or carry away any part or portion of any human body, and providing that the fine therefor shall not be less than $500.
HB 202 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute relating to venue of suits so as to hereafter include both foreign and domestic railroad corporations.
HB 203 Caption: Relating to creating a more efficient road system for Gonzales County.
HB 388 Caption: Relating to permitting private corporations chartered by the State to reduce their capital stock.
HB 407 Caption: Relating to requiring national surety companies and other bond companies doing business in the State to file a complete list of all their stockholders with the Secretary of State, to deposit not less than $25,000 with the Secretary of State, and prescribing penalties for violation hereof.
HB 593 Caption: Relating to defining duties of district and county attorneys of the State.
HB 594 Caption: Relating to fees of county judges in criminal cases.
HB 676 Caption: Relating to prohibiting railroads and other corporations doing business in Texas from requiring certain of their employees to furnish to such corporations guaranty bonds.
HB 725 Caption: Relating to the establishment of public roads.
