HB 163 Caption: Relating to creating and providing for a Texas Constitutional Amendment Study Commission to advise and assist the Legislature so as to improve the quality of constitutional amendments and facilitate needed revisions of the Constitution by the ordinary amendment process.
HB 164 Caption: Relating to providing for the creation of special improvement districts within this state under and by virtue of Article 3, Section 52, of the Constitution, to be known as municipal special improvements districts, for the purpose of constructing, maintaining and operating macadamized, graveled or paved roads and turnpikes, or in aid thereof.

HB 736 Caption: Relating to validating independent school districts having less than two hundred (200) scholastics and located in counties having two or more artificial lakes constructed by the United States of America, under the direction of the United States Army Corps of Engineers, validating the boundaries of such independent school districts and providing that no changes in boundaries shall be made by order of the County School Board unless previously approved by the Board of Trustees of such independent school districts.
HB 945 Caption: Relating to prohibiting owners of livestock or persons responsible for their control from allowing animals to traverse or roam at large on the right-of-way of any numbered Farm-to-Market Road where the same is enclosed by fences on both sides in this State.
HB 1008 Caption: Relating to creating Lake Dallas Municipal Utility Authority, a Conservation District, comprising the territory contained in the City of Lake Dallas, as of April 30, 1963, for the purpose of providing a source of water supply for municipal, domestic and industrial use and treating, transporting, distributing, and storing the same and for the purpose of constructing and operating a complete sanitary sewer system.

HB 277 Caption: Relating to constituting a local law for the maintenance of the public roads and highways in Denton County by authorizing the County to issue certificates of indebtedness for the purpose of acquiring right of way for the designated State Highways, including Farm to Market Highways, of Federal Highways when the acquisition of such right of way is approved by the State Highway Commission.
HB 556 Caption: Relating to any independent school district which has separated from municipal control and had an election assuming all or part of outstanding bonds theretofore issued by the municipality for school purposes; authorizing such district to levy a bond tax of not to extend 75 cents on the One Hundred Dollars of assessed valuation and a maintenance tax of $1.75 on the One Hundred Dollars of assessed valuation.
